【摘要】：新疆的雙語教育是一種追求"民漢兼通"的"添加性"的雙語教育。"民漢兼通"的方針準確而又深刻地反映了新疆雙語教育的本質屬性:在"民語"基礎上,學習掌握漢語的"添加性"雙語教育性質。全面貫徹落實這一方針是實現(xiàn)雙語教育目的的根本保證。
[Abstract]:The bilingual education in Xinjiang is a kind of "additive" bilingual education which pursues "both Chinese and people". The policy of "both Chinese and people" accurately and profoundly reflects the essential attribute of bilingual education in Xinjiang: on the basis of "folk language", It is the fundamental guarantee to realize the aim of bilingual education to learn and master the "additive" nature of bilingual education.
