【摘要】：行政公文作為公文中最具代表性的核心部分，很早就成了眾多學(xué)者研究的熱點(diǎn)內(nèi)容之一。長期以來，人們研究行政公文主要是運(yùn)用寫作學(xué)、文章學(xué)的理論和方法對各文種的語言、語體、寫作等進(jìn)行研究，普遍存在“寫作格式+例文”的現(xiàn)象。本文借助話題研究的成果，對行政公文的話題進(jìn)行分析研究，不僅彌補(bǔ)了行政公文話題研究的空白，還拓寬了語言學(xué)中話題應(yīng)用性研究的領(lǐng)域。本文以行政公文為語料，從話題的角度入手，探討行政公文中話題的構(gòu)成、特點(diǎn)以及話題的銜接問題。全文加上緒論和結(jié)語部分，一共包括五章。 第一章“緒論”，首先回顧了話題研究、行政公文研究兩方面的成果及基本現(xiàn)狀，并做簡要地評述；隨后指出了本文研究的目的、方法、意義并對本文語料的來源進(jìn)行說明。 第二章“話題及其相關(guān)概念”，先是介紹了前賢對話題的界定，，然后在此基礎(chǔ)上說明話題與其相近概念——主語之間的關(guān)系，借此引出本文對話題的界定以及行政公文中話題的分類。文章認(rèn)為：話題是語篇/語用概念，行政公文中的話題可以分為話語話題和結(jié)構(gòu)話題兩大類。 第三章“行政公文的結(jié)構(gòu)話題分析”，這一章在上一章的論述基礎(chǔ)上，探討行政公文中結(jié)構(gòu)話題的各種類型，并總結(jié)行政公文中結(jié)構(gòu)話題的句法特征和語義特征。文章發(fā)現(xiàn)：行政公文中充當(dāng)話題的成分，不單是詞和短語，還有小句；并且這些在句中充當(dāng)話題的成分其結(jié)構(gòu)都極其復(fù)雜，往往都是嵌套形式。 第四章“行政公文的話語話題分析”，本章討論了行政公文中話題鏈的定義、模式以及行政公文中話題的銜接問題。研究表明，話題是行政公文語篇銜接的重要手段。其銜接表現(xiàn)為兩個主要特點(diǎn)，即：前言、正文話題共同兌現(xiàn)標(biāo)題話題；正文小標(biāo)題話題的直接兌現(xiàn)。 第五章“結(jié)語”，總結(jié)了本文的主要觀點(diǎn)，并指出了研究中存在的不足之處。
[Abstract]:As the most representative core part of the official document, administrative document has long been one of the hot topics of many scholars. The theories and methods of this paper are used to study the language, style and writing of various languages, and there is a general phenomenon of "writing format examples". This paper makes an analysis of the topic of administrative official documents with the help of the results of topic research. It not only makes up for the blank of the topic of administrative document, but also widens the field of topic application in linguistics. This paper, taking administrative document as the corpus, discusses the topic composition of administrative document from the perspective of topic. Features and the topic of cohesion. The full text plus the introduction and conclusion, a total of five chapters. The first chapter "introduction", first reviews the topic research, the administrative document research two aspects achievement and the basic present situation, and makes the brief comment, then points out the purpose, the method, the significance of this article, and explains the source of the corpus. The second chapter, "topic and its related concepts", first introduces the definition of the topic by the former sages, and then explains the relationship between the topic and its similar concept, the subject, on this basis. In this paper, the definition of the topic and the classification of the topic in the administrative document are introduced. The article holds that the topic is the concept of discourse / pragmatics, and the topic in the administrative document can be divided into two categories: the discourse topic and the structural topic. The third chapter, "structure topic analysis of administrative document", discusses various types of structural topics in administrative document on the basis of the discussion in the previous chapter. This paper also summarizes the syntactic and semantic features of structural topics in administrative documents. It is found that the administrative documents are not only words and phrases, but also clauses, and the structure of these elements, which act as topics in sentences, is extremely complex. It is often nested. Chapter 4th, "discourse topic Analysis of Administrative documents", discusses the definition, mode and cohesion of topic chain in administrative documents. Topic is an important means of cohesion in administrative documents, and its cohesion is characterized by two main features: the preface, the topic of the text, and the topic of the topic of the subtitle of the text. Chapter 5th, "conclusion", summarizes the main points of this paper, and points out the shortcomings of the research.
