【摘要】:研究目的 了解和掌握研究生的網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)狀況及其上網(wǎng)動(dòng)機(jī)、上網(wǎng)態(tài)度的特點(diǎn),探討上網(wǎng)動(dòng)機(jī)、上網(wǎng)態(tài)度對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)的影響,幫助研究生正確認(rèn)識(shí)和使用網(wǎng)絡(luò),為改善其網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)問(wèn)題提供參考和指導(dǎo)依據(jù)。 對(duì)象與方法 1.質(zhì)性研究 1.1對(duì)象 采用廣告招募以及鏈鎖式抽樣法,招募到25名南方某大學(xué)研究生院的碩士研究生作為研究對(duì)象。采用《中文網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮量表修訂版》(CIAS-R)對(duì)其施測(cè),以46分為界線,得分小于46分者界定為正常群體即非網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)群體,得分為46分及以上者界定為網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)群體。其中,兩組共9名被試進(jìn)入預(yù)訪談階段,16名被試進(jìn)入正式訪談階段。 1.2工具 《中文網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮量表修訂版》、自編訪談提綱 1.3方法 在訪談?wù)介_(kāi)始之前,研究者要向訪談對(duì)象說(shuō)明自己的身份、研究的目的與意義,解釋心理學(xué)研究的保密原則,保證訪談內(nèi)容僅用于研究而不會(huì)外泄,并就訪談中需要錄音一事征求訪談對(duì)象的同意。在訪談過(guò)程中,研究者與訪談對(duì)象面對(duì)面、一對(duì)一進(jìn)行交流,并對(duì)整個(gè)訪談過(guò)程進(jìn)行錄音,訪談結(jié)束后及時(shí)撰寫(xiě)訪談體會(huì)。通過(guò)事后對(duì)錄音材料的轉(zhuǎn)錄、分析與整理,獲得大量的第一手資料,并針對(duì)前次訪談的不足之處進(jìn)行回訪,以確保訪談內(nèi)容的真實(shí)性和完整性。 1.4結(jié)果 1.4.1網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)研究生偏好娛樂(lè)休閑和人際交流類(lèi)上網(wǎng)行為,非網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)研究生則沒(méi)有明顯的偏好。 1.4.2研究生的上網(wǎng)動(dòng)機(jī)包括娛樂(lè)消遣動(dòng)機(jī)、人際交往動(dòng)機(jī)、情緒宣泄動(dòng)機(jī)、知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、自我實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)機(jī)和逃避現(xiàn)實(shí)動(dòng)機(jī)。 1.4.3在娛樂(lè)消遣動(dòng)機(jī)上,網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組主要是為了尋求刺激而上網(wǎng),非網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組則是為了緩解學(xué)習(xí)壓力而上網(wǎng)。 1.4.4在人際交往動(dòng)機(jī)上,網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組主要是為了獲得網(wǎng)友的情感支持,非網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組則是用網(wǎng)絡(luò)來(lái)維系現(xiàn)實(shí)的朋友關(guān)系。 1.4.5在情緒宣泄動(dòng)機(jī)上,網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組將網(wǎng)絡(luò)視為宣泄情緒的主要場(chǎng)所,非網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組則認(rèn)為現(xiàn)實(shí)的宣泄渠道更加重要。 1.4.6在知識(shí)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)上,網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組屬于迫于壓力的被動(dòng)的上網(wǎng)學(xué)習(xí),非網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組則是主動(dòng)去利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)去進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)。 1.4.7在自我實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)機(jī)上,網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組傾向于在網(wǎng)絡(luò)中尋求自我的實(shí)現(xiàn),非網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組則認(rèn)為現(xiàn)實(shí)的自我實(shí)現(xiàn)才有意義. 1.4.8在逃避現(xiàn)實(shí)動(dòng)機(jī)上,網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組認(rèn)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)是心靈的避難所,非網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組認(rèn)為現(xiàn)實(shí)問(wèn)題應(yīng)該在現(xiàn)實(shí)中解決。 1.4.9在對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的態(tài)度上,研究生普遍認(rèn)識(shí)到網(wǎng)絡(luò)的兩面性,但網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組研究生更加傾向于對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成積極、正性的認(rèn)知與評(píng)價(jià)。 2.量化研究 2.1對(duì)象 被試來(lái)源于南方某大學(xué)研究生院,以年級(jí)為單位采取分層抽樣法進(jìn)行抽取。共發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷700份,回收有效問(wèn)卷648份,有效回收率為92.57%。有效樣本的平均年齡為24.48±1.69歲,其中男生326人、女生322人。 2.2工具 采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,所用問(wèn)卷包括:《自編一般情況調(diào)查問(wèn)卷》、《中文網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮量表修訂版》、《大學(xué)生互聯(lián)網(wǎng)使用動(dòng)機(jī)量表》、《網(wǎng)絡(luò)態(tài)度量表》。 2.3方法 采取分層抽樣法發(fā)放調(diào)查問(wèn)卷。所得數(shù)據(jù)使用Foxpro6.0建立數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),用spssl3.0軟件進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)處理,統(tǒng)計(jì)方法包括:描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、t檢驗(yàn)、相關(guān)分析、多元線性回歸。(α=0.05) 2.4結(jié)果 2.4.1網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組與非網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組在性別、年級(jí)和生源地3個(gè)人口學(xué)變量上存在顯著性差異,P0.05;在專(zhuān)業(yè)、是否獨(dú)生子女、戀愛(ài)狀況和家庭情況等4個(gè)因素上不存在顯著性差異。 2.4.2網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組與非網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組在上網(wǎng)時(shí)間(網(wǎng)齡、日均上網(wǎng)、周均上網(wǎng))方面存在顯著性差異,P0.05。網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)與上網(wǎng)時(shí)間存在正相關(guān),P0.05。 2.4.3網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組與非網(wǎng)路依賴(lài)組在網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲、電子郵件2種上網(wǎng)行為存在顯著性差異,P0.05。網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)與網(wǎng)絡(luò)游戲之間存在正相關(guān),P0.05。 2.4.4網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組與非網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組在上網(wǎng)動(dòng)機(jī)上存在顯著性差異,P0.05。網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)與人際情感性動(dòng)機(jī)存在正相關(guān),P0.05;與信息獲取性動(dòng)機(jī)無(wú)相關(guān)。 2.4.5網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組與非網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)組在上網(wǎng)態(tài)度上存在差異,P0.05。網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)與上網(wǎng)態(tài)度的行為因素存在正相關(guān),P0.05。 2.4.6以研究生網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)總分為因變量,以上網(wǎng)動(dòng)機(jī)、上網(wǎng)態(tài)度為自變量,進(jìn)行多元線性逐步回歸。結(jié)果顯示,行為因素、人際情感性動(dòng)機(jī)、知覺(jué)控制、信息獲取性動(dòng)機(jī)以及情感因素進(jìn)入回歸方程,P0.05。 結(jié)論 1.研究生群體存在一定的網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)問(wèn)題,這提示我們應(yīng)當(dāng)對(duì)這一群體的心理健康情況給予足夠的關(guān)心。 2.質(zhì)性訪談發(fā)現(xiàn),部分網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)研究生的現(xiàn)實(shí)人際關(guān)系較差;量化研究證明,網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)研究生主要出于人際情感性動(dòng)機(jī)而上網(wǎng),在上網(wǎng)行為上表現(xiàn)出對(duì)人際交往行為的偏好。這說(shuō)明他們?cè)诂F(xiàn)實(shí)生活中存在人際交往方面的問(wèn)題。 3.網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)研究生普遍認(rèn)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)有利有弊,但更傾向于對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)形成正性的認(rèn)知與評(píng)價(jià),在上網(wǎng)時(shí)較少體驗(yàn)到焦慮感。這說(shuō)明他們對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)持更加認(rèn)同的態(tài)度,對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)的產(chǎn)生具有一定的作用。 4.引導(dǎo)研究生樹(shù)立正確的上網(wǎng)態(tài)度、加強(qiáng)研究生的日常管理、營(yíng)造良好的人際交往環(huán)境、開(kāi)展相關(guān)宣教和資訊活動(dòng),對(duì)改善碩士研究生網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)現(xiàn)狀具有重要的意義。 本研究的特色 1.以研究生作為研究對(duì)象,而這一群體在目前的研究中較為少見(jiàn)。 2.本研究采用質(zhì)性訪談與量化研究相結(jié)合的方法,探討了上網(wǎng)動(dòng)機(jī)和上網(wǎng)態(tài)度對(duì)研究生網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)的影響。 本研究的局限及今后的研究方向 1.本研究?jī)H以南方某大學(xué)的學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,樣本的代表性有一定的局限。 2.在質(zhì)性訪談過(guò)程中,部分訪談對(duì)象出于個(gè)人原因,未能充分表達(dá)自己的真實(shí)想法。 3.本研究屬于橫斷面調(diào)查設(shè)計(jì),注重于分析上網(wǎng)動(dòng)機(jī)、上網(wǎng)態(tài)度和網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)之間的關(guān)系,遺憾的是,所得結(jié)果未能用于研究生網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)的矯治工作,如:通過(guò)行為矯治、態(tài)度干預(yù)等方法來(lái)減輕網(wǎng)絡(luò)依賴(lài)。這在今后的研究中可以進(jìn)一步探討。
[Abstract]:research objective
Understanding and mastering the network dependence of the graduate students, the motivation of the Internet, the characteristics of the Internet attitude, the influence of the Internet motivation and the Internet attitude on the network dependence, help the graduate students to understand and use the network correctly, and provide reference and guidance for improving their network dependence.
Object and method
1. qualitative research
1.1 objects
Using advertising recruitment and chain lock sampling, 25 postgraduate students from a graduate school in a university in the South were recruited as research subjects. Using the revised version of the Chinese Internet Addiction Scale (CIAS-R), a 46 score was defined as a boundary and a score of less than 46 was defined as a normal group, a non network dependent group, with a score of 46 points and above. For the Internet dependent group, 9 participants in the two groups entered the pre interview stage, and 16 subjects entered the formal interview stage.

1.3 method
Before the interview is formally started, the researchers should explain their identity to the interviewees, the purpose and significance of the study, explain the principles of the confidentiality of psychological research, ensure that the interview content is only used for research and will not be released, and that the interviewees need the recording to seek the same meaning of the interviewees. In the interview process, the researchers and the interviewees face the interviewees. Face, one to one exchange, and record the whole interview process, and write interviews in time after the interview. Through the transcriptional, analysis and arrangement of the recording material afterwards, a large number of first-hand information is obtained, and the shortcomings of the previous interview are returned to ensure the authenticity and integrity of the interview content.
1.4 results
1.4.1 network relies on Postgraduates' preference for internet entertainment and interpersonal interaction, while non network dependent graduate students have no obvious preference.
1.4.2 Postgraduates' motivation for Internet access includes entertainment motivation, interpersonal motivation, emotional venting motivation, knowledge learning motivation, self actualization motivation and escapist motivation.
1.4.3 in entertainment entertainment motivation, the network dependent group is mainly for seeking stimulation and surfing the Internet, while the non network dependent group is in order to ease the learning pressure and surf the Internet.
1.4.4 in interpersonal motivation, the network dependence group is mainly to get the emotional support of the Internet users, non network dependence group is to use the network to maintain the real friend relationship.
1.4.5 in the emotional catharsis motivation, the Internet dependent group regards the Internet as the main place for catharsis, while the non network dependent group believes that the practical channel of catharsis is more important.
1.4.6 in knowledge learning motivation, the network dependent group is under the pressure of passive Internet learning, and the non network dependent group is actively using the network to learn.
1.4.7 in self actualization motivation, the network dependent group tends to seek self fulfillment in the network, while the non network dependent group thinks that the reality of self actualization is meaningful.
1.4.8 in escaping reality motivation, the network dependent group thinks that the network is the refuge of the soul, and the non network dependent group thinks that the realistic problem should be solved in reality.
1.4.9 generally recognizes the dual nature of the network in the attitude to the network, but the graduate student of the network dependence group is more inclined to form positive and positive cognition and evaluation of the network.
2. quantitative research
2.1 objects
The subjects were derived from a University Graduate School in the south, taking a stratified sampling method in the grade as a unit. A total of 700 questionnaires were issued and 648 valid questionnaires were collected. The average age of effective recovery rate of 92.57%. was 24.48 + 1.69 years old, including 326 boys and 322 girls.
2.2 tools
Questionnaire survey was used and the questionnaire included: "self-made general survey questionnaire >" Chinese Internet Addiction Scale revised edition > "College Students Internet use motivation scale >" < network attitude scale >.
2.3 method
A stratified sampling method was adopted to issue a questionnaire. The data was established by Foxpro6.0, and the data were processed with spssl3.0 software. The statistical methods included descriptive statistical analysis, t test, correlation analysis, multiple linear regression. (alpha =0.05).
2.4 results
There is a significant difference between the 2.4.1 network dependence group and the non network dependence group on the 3 individual oral variables in gender, grade and source place, P0.05, and there is no significant difference in the 4 factors, such as the only child, the love situation and the family condition.
There are significant differences between the 2.4.2 network dependence group and the non network dependence group in the Internet time (net age, daily average online, weekly average online). The P0.05. network dependence has a positive correlation with the Internet time, P0.05.
2.4.3 network dependence group and non network dependent group are in network games, and there are significant differences between 2 kinds of Internet access behavior. There is a positive correlation between P0.05. network dependence and network games, P0.05.
There is a significant difference between the 2.4.4 network dependence group and the non network dependence group on the Internet motivation. There is a positive correlation between P0.05. network dependence and interpersonal affective motivation, and P0.05 is not related to the motivation of information acquisition.
There is a difference in Internet attitude between 2.4.5 network dependent group and non network dependent group. There is a positive correlation between P0.05. network dependence and behavioral factors of Internet attitude, P0.05.
2.4.6 takes the total score of graduate network dependence as the dependent variable, the Internet motivation, the Internet attitude as the independent variable, and multiple linear stepwise regression. The results show that behavioral factors, interpersonal affective motivation, perceptual control, information acquisition motivation and emotional factors enter the regression equation, P0.05.
conclusion
1. there is a certain problem of Internet dependence among graduate students. This suggests that we should pay enough attention to the mental health of this group.
2. qualitative interviews found that some of the Internet depended on the poor interpersonal relationships of the graduate students. Quantitative studies have shown that the Internet dependent postgraduates are mainly on the Internet, showing a preference for interpersonal behavior on the Internet, which shows that they have interpersonal problems in real life.
3. the network dependent postgraduates generally believe that the network has advantages and disadvantages, but it is more inclined to form a positive cognition and evaluation of the network, and less experience of anxiety on the Internet. This shows that they have a more identification attitude to the network and have a certain role in the generation of network dependence.
4. it is of great significance to guide graduate students to establish the correct Internet attitude, to strengthen the daily management of postgraduates, to create a good interpersonal environment, to carry out related education and information activities, to improve the network dependence of graduate students.
The characteristics of this study
1. graduate students as the research object, and this group is relatively rare in the current research.
2. this study used qualitative interviews and quantitative research to explore the impact of Internet motivation and Internet attitude on postgraduate Internet addiction.
Limitations of this study and future research direction
1. in this study, only a student from a university in the south is chosen as the research object. The representativeness of samples is limited.
2. during the qualitative interview, some of the interviewees failed to express their true ideas for personal reasons.
3. this study belongs to the cross-sectional survey design, which focuses on the analysis of the relationship between the Internet motivation, the Internet attitude and the network dependence. Unfortunately, the results can not be used for the orthodontic work of the graduate network dependence, such as behavior correction, attitude intervention and other methods to reduce the network dependence. This can be further discussed in the future research.
