【摘要】:網(wǎng)絡游戲自2000年進入中國市場以來發(fā)展飛速, 2010年中國網(wǎng)絡游戲玩家數(shù)已超過1.2億,年營業(yè)收入高達323億人民幣,已大大超過電影產(chǎn)業(yè),網(wǎng)絡游戲逐漸成為一種常規(guī)的娛樂方式而被人們接受。 從2008年1月開始,作為網(wǎng)絡游戲的分支——網(wǎng)頁游戲進入了玩家們的視線,從《部落戰(zhàn)爭》開始,玩家們開始接觸較為完整的網(wǎng)頁游戲,隨后《武林英雄》、《明朝時代》、《熱血三國》這三款網(wǎng)頁游戲更是將這一領域徹底引爆。至2009年底,《熱血三國》正式上線運營1年半共營收3億元人民幣這吸引了全國上下無數(shù)的開發(fā)者和投資商進入這個新興的游戲領域——網(wǎng)頁游戲。 截止至2010年12月10日,全年在全國范圍內共有285款網(wǎng)頁游戲正式上線運營,而全年申請國家軟件著作權的網(wǎng)頁游戲超過4000款,這意味著每100個立項的網(wǎng)頁游戲項目中只有約7%的游戲能完成開發(fā)并最終上線。而在上述的285款新網(wǎng)頁游戲中,截止至2011年2月底,僅有6款營收達到“成功”標準,即月收入超過1000萬元人民幣,可見國內研發(fā)網(wǎng)頁游戲的公司之多,風險之大。因項目規(guī)模大小不同,研發(fā)一款網(wǎng)頁游戲的投資成本約為100~500萬元人民幣不等。 作者非常有幸地獲得廣州菲音信息科技有限公司的信任與支持,作為主策劃兼項目負責人之一參與新網(wǎng)頁游戲項目《真王》的全程開發(fā),經(jīng)歷了從項目立項、人員招聘、申請版權、設計、研發(fā)、測試的完整過程,目前已經(jīng)入上線運營階段,《真王》現(xiàn)處于穩(wěn)定運營中,用戶評價良好,已經(jīng)達到了上述“7%”的標準。 作者研究了大量國內外最前沿的策劃理論及文獻資料(僅書籍就超過15本,總計5000余頁),對網(wǎng)頁游戲策劃與設計的核心內容與關鍵環(huán)節(jié)進行整理總結與詳細解釋。正文中需要舉例或詳細講述細節(jié)之處,均以《真王》的游戲內容作為案例。 在將近半年的開發(fā)過程中,作者主要負責游戲主策劃和部分項目管理的工作。首先,制定了游戲的背景為中國古代戰(zhàn)國、游戲的類型為即時戰(zhàn)斗角色扮演游戲,并規(guī)劃了由44個子系統(tǒng)構成的系統(tǒng)框架,撰寫了所有子系統(tǒng)文檔的基礎架構和獨立完成超過30個子系統(tǒng)的系統(tǒng)說明文檔,每個文檔平均約3000-5000字,并實現(xiàn)部分主要功能的邏輯設計,如戰(zhàn)斗系統(tǒng)、技能系統(tǒng)等;第二,負責游戲整個數(shù)值系統(tǒng)和經(jīng)濟系統(tǒng)的設定,包括戰(zhàn)斗數(shù)值、技能數(shù)值的設定和經(jīng)驗、金錢、道具的產(chǎn)出和消耗規(guī)劃;第三,通過對市面上超過30款同類型游戲的仔細研究,對《真王》中的上百處細節(jié)進行調整和優(yōu)化;第四,作為項目負責人之一,負責制定項目的進度和計劃安排,具體到每人每日的工作內容和資源分配;第五,從立項至今,僅撰寫的策劃設計文檔(含上述提到的系統(tǒng)說明文檔)就超過50篇,逾10萬字,數(shù)值設計表20余張;最后,在項目上線后,我兼任游戲運營總負責人,負責與各游戲運營平臺之間的聯(lián)系與溝通,如服務器架設、開服宣傳、廣告活動設計等工作。 此外,作者通過對國內外30余款知名成功游戲的細節(jié)數(shù)據(jù),總結并挖掘其中在設計上的共同點,如市面上廣泛采用的引導方式的三類模型(在2.4中介紹)和對市面上廣泛采用的三類戰(zhàn)斗公式的研究(在3.2中介紹)等,包括部分因游戲題材差異而尚未在《真王》中被采用的設計理念未在文中提及。 《真王》目前處于正常上線運營中,擁有注冊用戶10萬余人,截至到2011年4月22日零點,《真王》在新網(wǎng)頁游戲排行榜上以72349票高居第二,玩家流失數(shù)據(jù)教同類游戲更低,滿足設計要求。
