【摘要】：正[熱點(diǎn)述評(píng)]近些年,國(guó)內(nèi)電視、電影、網(wǎng)絡(luò)等媒體上的動(dòng)漫形象豐富了,數(shù)量也大大增加了,然而真正為孩子們喜愛(ài)、為人們津津樂(lè)道的中國(guó)動(dòng)漫作品卻寥寥無(wú)幾。尤其是在美國(guó)、日本等動(dòng)漫大國(guó)"文化進(jìn)軍"的沖擊下,中國(guó)動(dòng)漫更顯乏力。相比于國(guó)外成熟的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè),中國(guó)動(dòng)漫的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀仍顯滯后。盡管動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條枝節(jié)繁多、錯(cuò)綜交織,但是原創(chuàng)力量是動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條中最基礎(chǔ),也是最核心的因素,而"原創(chuàng)力量"的缺失成為了制約中國(guó)動(dòng)漫健康快速發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要問(wèn)題。這既涉及到原創(chuàng)力量的培養(yǎng)、引導(dǎo)等基礎(chǔ)性工作,也關(guān)涉到相關(guān)審批政策、文化平臺(tái)能夠?yàn)樵瓌?chuàng)力量提供多大的發(fā)揮空間,更好地促進(jìn)其對(duì)中國(guó)動(dòng)漫的未來(lái)發(fā)展發(fā)揮引領(lǐng)作用。我們期待,中國(guó)動(dòng)漫能夠產(chǎn)生真正具有文化創(chuàng)造能量的"原創(chuàng)力量",在促進(jìn)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)趨于成熟的同時(shí),更能創(chuàng)作出極富民族文化魅力的動(dòng)漫作品,在當(dāng)代發(fā)揮其應(yīng)具有的文化傳播和教育啟蒙之功用。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the number of anime images on domestic television, movies, the Internet and other media has increased greatly, but there are few Chinese anime works that are really loved by children and are talked about by people. Especially in the United States, Japan and other animation powers "cultural march" impact, Chinese animation is more weak. Compared with the mature animation industry abroad, the development of Chinese animation is still lagging behind. Although the animation industry chain has many branches and intertwined, but the original power is the most basic, but also the most core factor in the animation industry chain. The lack of "original power" has become an important issue restricting the healthy and rapid development of Chinese animation. This not only involves the cultivation of original power, guidance and other basic work, but also related to the relevant examination and approval policies, cultural platform can provide how much space for original power to play a leading role in the future development of Chinese animation. We expect that Chinese animation can produce "original power" with real cultural creation energy, and at the same time promote the maturity of the animation industry, it can also create anime works with great national cultural charm. In the contemporary era, it should have the function of cultural communication and educational enlightenment.
