湖南省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合評價與發(fā)展對策研究

【摘要】： 文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在不同的國家有不同的稱謂,所包含的內(nèi)容也不一。在我國,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)是指為社會大眾提供文化、娛樂產(chǎn)品和服務的行業(yè),以及與這些行業(yè)有關聯(lián)的行業(yè)集合。它是一個多層次的復雜的開放性系統(tǒng),具體包括三大層次,即核心層、外圍層和相關層。 20世紀下半葉以來,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一國(地區(qū))發(fā)展的軟實力,得到了空前發(fā)展,一躍成為二十一世紀新經(jīng)濟的增長點,成為國民經(jīng)濟的支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)之一。許多國內(nèi)外的政要、學者,不約而同的把發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)作為國家發(fā)展的一項重要內(nèi)容和重要使命。湖南省作為文化大省,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展迅猛,2008年,湖南成為了全國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)增加值占GDP比重突破5%的五個省級單位之一,以動漫、電視廣播為龍頭的產(chǎn)業(yè)也正在騰飛。為了打造文化強省,湖南省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展研究不僅不能忽視,而且勢在必行、迫在眉睫。 從總體上說,本論文以湖南省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展為研究對象,回答了“湖南省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平如何”,“自身具備哪些優(yōu)勢和不足”,“未來的發(fā)展趨勢怎樣”,“需要采取什么樣的政策措施”等問題。這些問題的回答對湖南省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的進一步發(fā)展有著非常重要的理論意義和現(xiàn)實意義。但是,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)作為新興產(chǎn)業(yè),包含的內(nèi)容復雜,范圍過廣,其數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計難度較大,因此,部分分析只能從定性角度出發(fā)。具體來看,本論文共分為七大部分。第一部分闡明了湖南省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究背景和意義,以及目前國內(nèi)外的研究動態(tài)、研究方法與技術路線。第二部分介紹了有關文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的基礎理論知識,包括定義、特征和功能。第三部分從多角度分析了湖南省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展特點。第四、五、六部分為本文的核心部分,首先在構建文化產(chǎn)業(yè)評價指標的基礎上,根據(jù)專家打分,運用模糊數(shù)學綜合判定法,對湖南省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展狀況進行了綜合評價;其次依據(jù)評價結果,對目前湖南省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展進行SWOT分析,并對未來的發(fā)展趨勢定量預測;最后,通過對優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇與挑戰(zhàn)的剖析,從政府、產(chǎn)業(yè)、企業(yè)等多個層面提出了進一步發(fā)展湖南省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的對策建議。第七部分總結了本論文得出的結論,取得的成果,和不足之處。
[Abstract]:Cultural industries have different appellations and different contents in different countries. In our country, cultural industry refers to the industry that provides culture, entertainment products and services to the public, and a collection of industries associated with these industries. It is a multi-level and complex open system, which includes three layers: core layer, peripheral layer and correlation layer. Since the second half of the 20th century, the cultural industry, as the soft power of the development of a country (region), has gained unprecedented development, and has become the growth point of the new economy in the 21 century and one of the pillar industries of the national economy. Many domestic and foreign dignitaries and scholars regard the development of cultural industry as an important content and mission of national development. Hunan Province, as a cultural province, the rapid development of cultural industry, in 2008, Hunan has become the national cultural industry added value account for more than 5% of the five provincial units, animation, television broadcasting as the leading industry is also taking off. In order to build a strong cultural province, the development of Hunan cultural industry can not only be ignored, but also imperative and urgent. On the whole, this paper takes the development of cultural industry in Hunan Province as the research object, and answers "what is the development level of cultural industry in Hunan Province", "what are its advantages and disadvantages", "what is the development trend in the future". Questions such as "what policy measures need to be taken". The answers to these questions have very important theoretical and practical significance for the further development of Hunan's cultural industry. However, as a new industry, cultural industry contains complex content and wide range, and its statistical data is difficult. Therefore, part of the analysis can only be done from a qualitative point of view. Specifically, this paper is divided into seven parts. The first part expounds the research background and significance of the cultural industry in Hunan Province, as well as the research trends, research methods and technical routes at home and abroad. The second part introduces the basic theory of cultural industry, including definition, characteristics and functions. The third part analyzes the development status and characteristics of Hunan cultural industry from various angles. The fourth, fifth and sixth parts are the core parts of this paper. Firstly, on the basis of constructing the evaluation index of cultural industry, according to the expert scoring, using the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive judgment method, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation on the development of Hunan cultural industry. Secondly, according to the evaluation results, the development of cultural industry in Hunan Province is analyzed by SWOT, and the future development trend is predicted quantitatively. Finally, through the analysis of the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for further development of Hunan cultural industry from the government, industry, enterprises and other aspects. The seventh part summarizes the conclusions, achievements and shortcomings of this paper.
