【摘要】：動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)是21世紀(jì)最具發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ漠a(chǎn)業(yè),動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展不應(yīng)局限于動(dòng)漫本身,而應(yīng)將邊界拓展到其他衍生產(chǎn)業(yè),從"外包"走向"原創(chuàng)"是動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的必然訴求。為此,政府應(yīng)加快出臺(tái)支持、保護(hù)動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的相關(guān)政策;動(dòng)漫企業(yè)應(yīng)通過(guò)創(chuàng)新讓文化資源成為"原創(chuàng)"的內(nèi)容文本,讓高新技術(shù)成為動(dòng)漫"原創(chuàng)"的物理平臺(tái),讓新一代"萬(wàn)氏兄弟"成為原創(chuàng)的智力資本,建立起動(dòng)漫企業(yè)的"自我保護(hù)"機(jī)制,并讓"原創(chuàng)"精品成為動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈條拓展的"領(lǐng)頭雁"。
[Abstract]:Animation industry is the most potential industry in the 21st century. The development of animation industry should not be limited to animation itself, but should be expanded to other derivative industries, from "outsourcing" to "original" is the inevitable demand of the development of animation industry. To this end, the government should speed up the introduction of support to protect the animation industry related policies; animation companies should make cultural resources into "original" content text through innovation, let high-tech become the physical platform for animation "original". Let the new generation of "Wanshi Brothers" become the original intellectual capital, establish the animation company's "self-protection" mechanism, and let the "original" boutique become the animation industry chain expansion "lead goose."
