【摘要】： 動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的特殊性在于它要以產(chǎn)業(yè)下游的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈衍生產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的盈利,而主要不是靠產(chǎn)品本身的售播營(yíng)銷賺錢,因而,動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈盈利的模式對(duì)于動(dòng)漫企業(yè)的生存和壯大就顯得特別重要。湖南是動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)大省,湖南的動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)盈利方式對(duì)于我們解讀動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的業(yè)態(tài)境況及未來(lái)走向具有重要的參照作用。 本文運(yùn)用產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈相關(guān)理論,首先描述了湖南動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及其產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的發(fā)展情況,闡明了湖南動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的橫向拓展和縱向延伸問(wèn)題;其次分析湖南動(dòng)漫的SWOT模式,廓清其優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn);然后從國(guó)際和國(guó)內(nèi)的雙重比較視野中,重點(diǎn)探討了湖南動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的打造和培育問(wèn)題,對(duì)新型動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)盈利模式包括手機(jī)動(dòng)漫、主題公園、影視動(dòng)漫模式進(jìn)行了論述;最后運(yùn)用生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論和平臺(tái)企業(yè)理論構(gòu)造湖南動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)盈利模式框架,并運(yùn)用價(jià)值網(wǎng)理論、商業(yè)生態(tài)系統(tǒng)理論、文化產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論等對(duì)湖南動(dòng)漫產(chǎn)業(yè)盈利模式構(gòu)建進(jìn)行了理論分析和案例實(shí)證。
[Abstract]:The particularity of animation industry lies in the fact that it wants to realize the profit of the enterprise by the derivative products of the industry chain downstream, but not mainly by the sale and broadcast marketing of the product itself, so, Animation industry through the industry chain profit model for the survival and expansion of animation business is particularly important. Hunan is a big province of animation industry. The profit mode of Hunan animation industry has an important reference for us to understand the situation and future trend of animation industry. Based on the theory of industry chain, this paper firstly describes the current situation of animation industry in Hunan and the development of industry chain, and expounds the horizontal and vertical extension of Hunan animation industry chain. Secondly, it analyzes the SWOT model of Hunan animation industry. Clarify its advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges; then from the perspective of international and domestic comparison, focus on the creation and cultivation of Hunan animation industry chain, the new animation industry profit model including mobile phone animation, theme park, Finally, we use the theory of ecological industry chain and the platform enterprise theory to construct the profit model framework of Hunan animation industry, and use the theory of value net, the theory of commercial ecosystem, The theory of cultural industry economics and so on have carried on the theoretical analysis and the case demonstration to the Hunan animation industry profit pattern construction.
