【摘要】：當前,在國家和各地政府的大力扶持下,動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)已經(jīng)逐漸成為我國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的又一新的經(jīng)濟增長點,隨著這一產(chǎn)業(yè)的縱深發(fā)展,圍繞著該產(chǎn)業(yè)相關的版權保護問題也越來越受到各方的關注和重視。在此,本刊邀請中國版權保護中心法律部的工作人員結合實例,就動漫的版權保護作比較全面的介紹。
