【摘要】：目前，我國經(jīng)濟得到極大發(fā)展，GDP總量已經(jīng)躍居世界第二位，并且保持了較高的增長率，因此，我們必須做好轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級的工作，提高自主創(chuàng)新能力，把建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家作為國家發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的核心。發(fā)展創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)正是我國目前轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式，推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級的必然選擇。創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是具有巨大潛力的朝陽產(chǎn)業(yè)，但是在我國起步較晚，目前還沒有形成產(chǎn)業(yè)化，學(xué)術(shù)界對其表述及認識仍處于一種探索和嘗試階段，但對其發(fā)展前景予以了充分肯定和高度重視。因此，，創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展需要更加富有開拓性的理論先導(dǎo)，需要全世界創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)工作者共同探討它的發(fā)展、危機和困境，共同尋找未來發(fā)展的道路。 本文以創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀以及采取的對策為研究的中心，首先運用文獻分析法、跨學(xué)科研究法和系統(tǒng)科學(xué)方法對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的理論進行研究，闡述創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的概念和內(nèi)涵以及世界主要國家對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的分類方式，并對本文的研究基礎(chǔ)即鉆石理論、新經(jīng)濟增長理論、人力資源理論進行相關(guān)分析。其次，運用案例分析法和比較分析法以動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)為例對我國發(fā)展創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的必然性和意義、創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題、發(fā)展模式和創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的中國特色進行了研究和分析。再次，在對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在我國的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和存在問題進行研究的基礎(chǔ)上，以英國、美國、日本和韓國為例分別介紹了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)在這些國家的發(fā)展和各國政府在支持創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中所采取的政策措施，并提出了它們對我國創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展所帶來的啟示。最后，通過對前面章節(jié)對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的基本理論和我國創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀的研究得出結(jié)論。 發(fā)展創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)可以推動我國經(jīng)濟社會的快速健康發(fā)展，但同時也存在諸多問題，我國政府必須制定相應(yīng)的政策措施促進我國創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:At present, our country's economy has been greatly developed and the total GDP has leapt to the second place in the world, and has maintained a relatively high growth rate. Therefore, we must do a good job in changing the mode of economic development and promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Improve the ability of independent innovation, building an innovative country as the core of the national development strategy. Developing creative industry is the inevitable choice to change the mode of economic development and promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure. Creative industry is a sunrise industry with great potential, but it started late in our country and has not yet formed industrialization. The academic circles are still in a stage of exploration and attempt to express and understand it. However, the prospect of its development has been fully affirmed and highly valued. Therefore, the development of creative industry needs more pioneering theoretical guidance, and needs the creative industry workers from all over the world to discuss its development, crisis and predicament, and to jointly find the way of future development. This paper focuses on the current situation and countermeasures of creative industry development in China. Firstly, it uses literature analysis method, interdisciplinary research method and system science method to study the theory of creative industry development. This paper expounds the concept and connotation of creative industry and the classification of creative industry in major countries in the world, and analyzes the research basis of this paper, namely diamond theory, new economic growth theory and human resource theory. Secondly, using the method of case analysis and comparative analysis, taking animation industry as an example, the necessity and significance of developing creative industry in China, the present situation of creative industry in our country, the existing problems, The development pattern and the Chinese characteristic of creative industry are studied and analyzed. Thirdly, on the basis of studying the current situation and existing problems of creative industries in China, with the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan and South Korea respectively introduce the development of creative industry in these countries and the policies and measures adopted by the governments in supporting the development of creative industries, and put forward their inspiration to the development of creative industries in China. Finally, the author draws a conclusion by studying the basic theory of creative industry and the present situation of creative industry in China. The development of creative industry can promote the rapid and healthy development of our country's economy and society, but at the same time, there are many problems. Our government must formulate corresponding policies and measures to promote the rapid development of our country's creative industry.
