【摘要】：從全國范圍看,廣東動漫產業(yè)的實力不俗,產業(yè)結構與產業(yè)生態(tài)也較為合理,但從現(xiàn)有的商業(yè)模式及其產業(yè)鏈環(huán)節(jié)的區(qū)域分布看,顯然存在一些"市場失靈"的領域,需要借助政府之力從外圍彌補,包括:營造公平競爭的市場環(huán)境,尤其是作為核心的知識產權環(huán)境;提供面向中小微動漫企業(yè)的財政、稅收、金融等支持;為處于不同供應鏈環(huán)節(jié)的動漫企業(yè)提供信息互通和合作對接平臺等等。以在整體上形成有利于廣東動漫產業(yè)有序成長的產業(yè)環(huán)境。
