【摘要】：2004年國家廣電總局發(fā)布《關(guān)于發(fā)展我國影視動畫產(chǎn)業(yè)的若干意見》,吹響振興動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)的號角,從此我國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)走上快車道。2004年至今已經(jīng)有十個(gè)年頭。這十年我國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)格局在市場洗牌中不斷調(diào)整變化,漸次呈現(xiàn)出清晰的梯隊(duì)化布局,形成了以廣東、上海為第一方陣,浙江、江蘇、湖南、北京為第二方陣,福建、安徽、河南、黑龍江、四川、重慶、湖北、遼寧為第三方陣的區(qū)域格局。廣東是目前我國動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)總體態(tài)勢最好的區(qū)域,建成了以廣州、深圳為核心的原創(chuàng)及服務(wù)基地,以東莞、汕頭為核心的衍生加工基地,以原創(chuàng)拉動衍生,以衍生反哺原創(chuàng)。上海是動漫產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展性價(jià)比最高的區(qū)域,雖然在量上沒有什么優(yōu)勢,但產(chǎn)品在影響力、市場開發(fā)、資源整合、國際化程度等方面具有優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:In 2004, the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) issued several opinions on the development of China's film and television animation industry, which sounded the trumpet of revitalizing the animation industry, and since then our country's animation industry has been on the fast track. It has been ten years since 2004.Over the past decade, the pattern of the animation industry in China has been constantly adjusted and changed in the market reshuffle, gradually showing a clear echelon layout, forming Guangdong and Shanghai as the first square array, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Hunan, Beijing as the second square array, Fujian, Anhui,Henan, Heilongjiang, Sichuan, Chongqing, Hubei, Liaoning for third-party array regional pattern.Guangdong is the best region of animation industry in our country at present, with Guangzhou and Shenzhen as the core of the original and service base, Dongguan, Shantou as the core of the derivative processing base, with the original pull derivative, to derive and feed the original.Shanghai is the region with the highest performance-price ratio in the development of animation industry. Although there is no advantage in quantity, the products have advantages in terms of influence, market development, resource integration, degree of internationalization and so on.
