【摘要】: 動(dòng)畫(huà)是一門藝術(shù),動(dòng)畫(huà)也是一個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè),因?yàn)樗L(fēng)趣幽默、直觀易懂,已成為一種世界文化。已經(jīng)受到許多國(guó)家政府和企業(yè)家們的重視。成為發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)的一個(gè)新的增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。因此,我國(guó)政府和社會(huì)各界也對(duì)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)極大關(guān)注。黨的十七大明確提出“大力發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè),實(shí)施重大文化產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目帶動(dòng)戰(zhàn)略,加快文化產(chǎn)業(yè)基地和區(qū)域性特色文化產(chǎn)業(yè)群建設(shè),培育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)骨干企業(yè)和戰(zhàn)略投資者,繁榮文化市場(chǎng),增強(qiáng)國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。”這為我國(guó)今后一段時(shí)期的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展指明了道路。2000年10月召開(kāi)的中共十五屆五中全會(huì)對(duì)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行定位,2001年的“十五”規(guī)劃把動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)正式納入規(guī)劃之中,涉及各個(gè)方面和層次的監(jiān)管和扶持政策隨之紛紛出臺(tái)。 中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)作生產(chǎn),已有80多年的歷史。中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)有過(guò)令人驕傲的歷史,除歐美外,在亞洲處于領(lǐng)先地位。但是,作為動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè),仍處于起步時(shí)期,我國(guó)與動(dòng)畫(huà)發(fā)達(dá)的國(guó)家相比,還存在很大差距。要進(jìn)入世界動(dòng)畫(huà)市場(chǎng),還需要經(jīng)過(guò)長(zhǎng)期不斷的努力,這就是我們動(dòng)畫(huà)事業(yè)的奮斗目標(biāo)。 中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)要繁榮發(fā)展,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的動(dòng)畫(huà)人才是根本。中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展與專業(yè)教育緊密相連,后者是前者的“促進(jìn)劑”,前者是伴隨著后者的發(fā)展而發(fā)展的。據(jù)國(guó)家廣電總局的調(diào)查材料顯示,按一定的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),目前,國(guó)內(nèi)真正達(dá)到專業(yè)動(dòng)畫(huà)藝術(shù)人才水平的從業(yè)人員只有一萬(wàn)余名。而企業(yè)需求在10萬(wàn)人以上,缺口很大。隨著動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,專業(yè)人才的增長(zhǎng)速度還將快速增長(zhǎng)。其潛在的巨大市場(chǎng)與專業(yè)人才奇缺的矛盾,給動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)教育的大發(fā)展提供了極好的機(jī)遇。 對(duì)動(dòng)畫(huà)行業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),人才短缺是個(gè)嚴(yán)重的實(shí)際問(wèn)題,人才結(jié)構(gòu)的非專業(yè)化也存在潛在的問(wèn)題。針對(duì)中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)的人才需求,它的人才教育結(jié)構(gòu)有待調(diào)整,而大批的職業(yè)教育人才更顯短缺,應(yīng)作為重點(diǎn)來(lái)發(fā)展。所以說(shuō),中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展人才是關(guān)鍵,作為動(dòng)畫(huà)造型藝術(shù)方面專業(yè)人才的培養(yǎng),更是根本。需要加快教育改革的速度,提高教育質(zhì)量,調(diào)整專業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),營(yíng)造動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)的創(chuàng)新氛圍,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生對(duì)動(dòng)畫(huà)藝術(shù)的認(rèn)同和熱情。 中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)教育的大規(guī)?焖侔l(fā)展出現(xiàn)在21世紀(jì)初。教育的層次多種多樣,從碩士生、本科生、?粕街袑I、高職生各個(gè)層次都有。動(dòng)畫(huà)教學(xué)是新學(xué)科,全國(guó)各大院校的動(dòng)畫(huà)教學(xué)還處在摸索階段,各有各的教法。那么對(duì)于高等職業(yè)教育院校這一層次的動(dòng)畫(huà)教學(xué)更是如此,高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育這一層次的院校主要培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)人才。由于開(kāi)辦時(shí)間短,還處于摸索階段,高職院校動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)美術(shù)教育的特色還沒(méi)有顯現(xiàn)出來(lái),還在沿襲高校傳統(tǒng)的美術(shù)教育模式,偏重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的專業(yè)技能。沒(méi)有一個(gè)系統(tǒng)、完整的課程體系,缺乏新意,不能適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代動(dòng)畫(huà)日趨國(guó)際化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化、多元化和高技術(shù)化的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)教學(xué)如此,動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)美術(shù)基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)也如此,基本上是繼承美術(shù)學(xué)院繪畫(huà)專業(yè)的美術(shù)基礎(chǔ)教學(xué)法。在教學(xué)中,教師只滿足于素描、色彩等傳統(tǒng)美術(shù)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)教學(xué),而忽視對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)實(shí)踐技能的培養(yǎng)。使學(xué)生缺乏線造型能力,速寫(xiě)不過(guò)關(guān),人體動(dòng)態(tài)造型的能力差,對(duì)人體在運(yùn)動(dòng)中的造型規(guī)律,對(duì)人體透視變形缺乏足夠的認(rèn)識(shí)。美術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課程是動(dòng)畫(huà)教學(xué)、動(dòng)畫(huà)創(chuàng)作的基礎(chǔ),是使動(dòng)畫(huà)鏈條保持平衡的重要因素。對(duì)高職院校動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)美術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課教學(xué)如何推動(dòng)專業(yè)的發(fā)展,如何形成適合動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)的系統(tǒng)的美術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課教學(xué)。是值得我們?nèi)ニ伎嫉膯?wèn)題。并且需要長(zhǎng)久的實(shí)踐與摸索,并最終形成系統(tǒng)化的教學(xué)理念。 因此,本文依據(jù)對(duì)中國(guó)動(dòng)畫(huà)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、專業(yè)人才現(xiàn)狀以及動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀的分析,從高等職業(yè)技術(shù)教育動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)的特點(diǎn)、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、教學(xué)模式的主要特征入手,以高職動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)美術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課程為出發(fā)點(diǎn),著力探討運(yùn)用不同的教學(xué)方式及內(nèi)容,改善原有的教學(xué)思維,建立起適應(yīng)高職院校這一層次動(dòng)畫(huà)專業(yè)的美術(shù)基礎(chǔ)課教學(xué)的新模式。

Therefore, on the basis of China animation industry development status, analysis of professional status and the status of animation education, training objectives from the characteristics of higher occupation education professional animation technology, with the main characteristics of teaching mode in Higher Vocational and professional art animation curriculum as the starting point, to explore the use of different teaching methods and contents.
