【摘要】：跨文化交際內(nèi)容廣泛,其中充滿(mǎn)趣味又具有特色的就是飲食文化。從古至今,不同國(guó)家和不同民族的飲食文化千姿百態(tài),各有特點(diǎn)。本文從李安導(dǎo)演的影片《飲食男女》入手從飲食差異的比較和影響因素這兩方面分析了中西方飲食文化的差異。研究這些差異,有助于增進(jìn)跨文化交際中的相互了解,避免文化差異而產(chǎn)生的誤解。
[Abstract]:Cross-cultural communication has a wide range of contents, which is full of interesting and characteristic is the food culture. From ancient times to the present, different countries and different ethnic diet culture are diverse and have their own characteristics. This paper analyzes the differences of diet culture between China and the West from two aspects: the comparison of dietary differences and the influencing factors from the perspective of Ang Lee's film Diet Men and Women. The study of these differences is helpful to enhance mutual understanding and avoid misunderstandings arising from cultural differences in cross-cultural communication.
