淺析電視紀(jì)錄片的價(jià)值——以央視《舌尖上的中國(guó)》為例

【摘要】:2012年,《舌尖上的中國(guó)》在全國(guó)迅速引發(fā)一場(chǎng)"舌尖熱",并帶動(dòng)了美食文化紀(jì)錄片的創(chuàng)作熱潮。本文認(rèn)為,《舌尖上的中國(guó)》為食材賦予了情感底色和文化底蘊(yùn),從而升華了該片的主題;節(jié)目的播出帶動(dòng)了相關(guān)產(chǎn)品的銷售;片中對(duì)文化景觀的展現(xiàn)具有文化傳承價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In 2012, China on the tongue quickly triggered a "tongue fever" in the country, and led to the creation of culinary documentaries. This paper holds that "China on the tongue" gives emotional background and cultural background to food materials, thus sublimating the theme of the film; the broadcast of the program drives the sale of related products; and the display of cultural landscape in the film has cultural heritage value.
