【摘要】：采用問卷調(diào)查、走訪座談等方式,對2006～2008年間向《南陽師范學(xué)院學(xué)報》投稿的作者進(jìn)行投稿心理和影響其投稿因素的調(diào)查,分析調(diào)查結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):①作者的投稿需求主要分為實(shí)用需求、功利需求、取得他人認(rèn)可的需求和自我實(shí)現(xiàn)需求,其中實(shí)用和功利性需求的作者偏多,這與當(dāng)今對科研人員的學(xué)術(shù)評價體系有一定關(guān)系,也為編輯人員正確引導(dǎo)作者寫作、匡正學(xué)術(shù)風(fēng)氣提出了要求。②影響作者投稿的因素依次有刊物的學(xué)術(shù)定位、是否核心期刊、刊物的影響因子、編輯工作效率、與編輯部的人際關(guān)系、稿件的采用率等,從而得出結(jié)論,作為編輯人員,要想辦好刊物,必須對所辦刊物準(zhǔn)確定位、擴(kuò)大刊物的影響、提高編輯工作效率、與作者加強(qiáng)交流和溝通。
[Abstract]:By means of questionnaire survey, interview and discussion, the authors who contributed to Journal of Nanyang normal University from 2006 to 2008 were investigated for their contributing psychology and influencing factors. The results show that: 1 the author's contribution needs are mainly divided into practical needs, utilitarian needs, requirements for obtaining recognition from others and self-actualization needs, among which there are more practical and utilitarian needs. This has something to do with the current academic evaluation system for scientific research personnel, and it also provides a request for editors to correctly guide the author's writing and correct the academic ethos. 2 the factors that affect the author's contribution in turn include the academic orientation of the journal, whether the core journal, or not. The factors affecting the publication, the editorial efficiency, the interpersonal relationship with the editorial department, the adoption rate of manuscripts, etc., so as to reach a conclusion that, if an editor wants to run a good publication, he must accurately position the publication and expand the influence of the publication. Improve the efficiency of editing, strengthen communication and communication with the author.
