【摘要】：本研究試圖將肯尼斯·伯克的新修辭學與評價理論相結(jié)合，形成一種新的分析學術(shù)論文摘要的理論框架，作者將這種新的理論框架稱為“修辭評價視角”。該框架既能分析摘要的表面結(jié)構(gòu)，又能挖掘其背后的修辭動機和修辭過程，從而彌補以往研究的一些不足，深入探討學術(shù)論文摘要。本文在以下四方面有所突破：1)為伯克新修辭學提供了新的實證，并且通過與評價理論結(jié)合為伯克新修辭學開辟了新的研究方向；2)構(gòu)建了新的語篇分析理論框架，既可分析表層語言特征，也可分析背后的動機；3)采用新框架對16篇中文摘要及16篇英文摘要進行分析，驗證了新構(gòu)建的框架的有效性；4)初步探討了學術(shù)摘要背后隱藏的修辭動機，為將來這方面的研究打下了基礎(chǔ)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)： 不同類別的“修辭評價資源”在使用中存在較大差異。摘要作者不使用同情認同修辭策略，，而更傾向于使用誤認同策略。摘要作者較多地使用了鑒賞資源來實現(xiàn)誤認同的修辭策略，這是因為人們對“美”有共同的追求，通過誘導受眾向完美的事物看齊，就可以在不知不覺間誘導受眾形成某種態(tài)度或進行某種合作。在采用介入指示語實現(xiàn)誤認同策略方面，摘要作者較多使用非人稱指示語，這是因為非人稱指示語顯得更客觀。
