【摘要】：目前 ISI資料庫中 ,收集了中國約 58種期刊 ,其中 1 2種被 SCI收錄 ,雖然中國期刊在資料庫中所占比例很小 ,但近兩年的增長速度是可喜的�？萍计诳难芯抠|(zhì)量固然重要 ,但各國研究者需要檢索最新信息時 ,書目信息就變得十分重要。ISI的目錄檢索系統(tǒng)是唯一包括所有引文及參考書目的系統(tǒng) ,它的參考書目檢索工具給專業(yè)人員帶來很大的幫助。ISI為了給讀者提供更完善的書目 ,將期刊按標準編排。并且用英文附上所有參考文獻。這不僅提高文獻檢索效率而且還標明了所引刊物 ,這在列舉引文資料中非常重要。近年來 ,越來越多的中國文獻也開始列出英文參考文獻 ,這對于中國期刊的發(fā)展有重要意義 ,書目信息標準化是提供準確引文信息的關(guān)鍵。除所引文獻期刊外 ,期刊的論文題目必須清楚 ,以免彼此混淆 ,文不對題。當然將各種各樣的符號、文字 (如漢字、拼音、拉丁字母、英文等 ) ,匯集在一起是很不容易的。同時 ,還要將期刊原名和英文譯名區(qū)分開來 ,這么做的目的是盡量給使用者和檢索系統(tǒng)提供最清楚的信息 ,盡可能避免出現(xiàn)混亂和模糊的情況
[Abstract]:At present, about 58 journals in China are collected in the ISI database, of which 12 are included by SCI, although the proportion of Chinese periodicals in the database is very small. But the rate of growth in the last two years is gratifying. The quality of research in scientific journals is important, but researchers from all over the world need to retrieve the latest information. Bibliographic information becomes very important. ISI's catalog retrieval system is the only one that includes all citations and references. Its bibliographic search tool provides great help to professionals. ISI provides readers with a better bibliography. It not only improves the efficiency of literature retrieval, but also identifies the cited publications, which is very important in listing citations. In recent years. More and more Chinese literatures begin to list English references, which is of great significance to the development of Chinese periodicals. The standardization of bibliographic information is the key to provide accurate citation information. The title of the journal paper must be clear so as not to confuse each other. Of course, there will be a variety of symbols and characters (such as Chinese characters, Pinyin, Latin alphabet, English, etc.). It is not easy to bring it together. At the same time, we should distinguish the original name of the journal from the English translation, with the aim of providing the users and the retrieval system with the clearest information as far as possible. Avoid confusion and ambiguity as much as possible

【正文快照】： 1997年 ,ISI第一次應(yīng)邀到中國 ,向中國的科技編輯、出版商介紹其科技期刊的選取及評估 ,中國出版的 2 1種期刊被收到 ISI數(shù)據(jù)庫 ,ISI數(shù)據(jù)庫中國期刊總數(shù)達到 58種。這樣中國期刊進入 ISI增長近 50 % ,這反映了中國編輯和出版同行在提高其在國際科技出版方面地位的共同努力。
