【摘要】：近年來內刊加入期刊數據庫的現(xiàn)象越來越多,雖然內刊的加入有助于期刊數據庫的豐富,但其是否具有合法性則引人深思。眾所周知,內刊是企業(yè)和其他社會機構用于信息傳播的一種基本的文獻形式,它的發(fā)行在一定程度上為企業(yè)和其他社會機構的發(fā)展做出了巨大的貢獻,這也確立了期刊對于社會生活無可比擬的重要地位。但是,內刊也有自身的局限性,它的發(fā)行傳播范圍相比于其他文獻刊物而言具有一定的局限性,受到法律法規(guī)的制約。但隨著內刊的資源越來越豐富,如果不納入到期刊數據庫中,繼續(xù)固守著原本的傳播陣地在小范圍內進行傳播,無疑是一種巨大的知識壁壘和資源浪費。內刊的期刊數據化盡管利大于弊,但還是要遵守國家的法律法規(guī),本文將就內刊加入期刊數據庫的合法性可能的有關問題進行探究和分析。
