精聽(tīng)任務(wù)驅(qū)動(dòng)下的視聽(tīng)說(shuō)課程教學(xué)研究

Abstract: It has been more than twenty years from the beginning of Foreign Language Quality Education Slogan, but the poor ability of college students in foreign language proficiency, is still not significantly improved. Especially in the three basic contents of foreign language curriculum reform which the Ministry of Education in 2005 clearly stated. The most fundamental change is from training students' reading ability mainly to focus on improving the capacity of the integrated application, especially the ability of listening and speaking. The paper expounds the relationship between intensive listening and extensive listening and illustrates the theoretical basis of intensive listening. It is concluded that intensive listening is an effective method for college students to practice listening and speaking to improve their integrated foreign language abilities.

隨著我國(guó)加入WTO和全球一體化的進(jìn)程,國(guó)際交往大幅度增加,但中國(guó)大學(xué)生口語(yǔ)能力的低下愈來(lái)愈不能適應(yīng)社會(huì)對(duì)人才的要求。在《中國(guó)高校外語(yǔ)教學(xué)改革現(xiàn)狀與發(fā)展策略研究》一書(shū)中有這樣的評(píng)價(jià):“現(xiàn)有的大學(xué)生口語(yǔ)交際能力十分低下(曹霞,2003),甚至有人認(rèn)為學(xué)生運(yùn)用外語(yǔ)聽(tīng)說(shuō)讀寫(xiě)譯的實(shí)際操作能力十分低下(朱望,2002)!睆2005年6月起,依照2005年教育部《全國(guó)大學(xué)生英語(yǔ)四、六級(jí)考試改革方案》,試題結(jié)構(gòu)和題型也進(jìn)行了較大調(diào)整。最大的兩點(diǎn)變動(dòng):一就是把聽(tīng)力的分值從原來(lái)的20%提高到了35%;二是把原來(lái)的語(yǔ)法和詞匯的15%降到了0。其根本目的就是通過(guò)這種調(diào)整把學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)外語(yǔ)的注意力集中到聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力的培養(yǎng)上去,這種調(diào)整是為了順應(yīng)當(dāng)今社會(huì)對(duì)人才的需求和當(dāng)今時(shí)代發(fā)展步伐的必然要求。但是,這和當(dāng)今大學(xué)生的外語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)能力儲(chǔ)備和聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力積累步調(diào)并不完全一致。在中學(xué)階段的外語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí),多數(shù)仍是應(yīng)試的語(yǔ)法教學(xué)為主,,學(xué)生的聽(tīng)力能力相當(dāng)薄弱。如若在大學(xué)階段依然沒(méi)有進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的聽(tīng)力基礎(chǔ)訓(xùn)練,那么,大學(xué)生聽(tīng)說(shuō)能力的提高就成了海市蜃樓。因此要想從根本上提高大學(xué)生的外語(yǔ)應(yīng)用能力必須從聽(tīng)力的基礎(chǔ)階段抓起。精聽(tīng)是基礎(chǔ)階段必不可少的功課。
