2017澳大利亞美食美酒中國展口譯實踐報告

隨著經(jīng)濟全球化程度的日益加深,會展業(yè)已發(fā)展成新型的服務國際貿(mào)易型產(chǎn)業(yè)。會展活動中客戶與參展商之間的溝通交流必不可少,因此市場對會展口譯人才的需求也大幅增加。本報告基于筆者在2017年9月23日至25日澳大利亞美食美酒中國展為天豐酒莊國際銷售總監(jiān)約翰先生所提供的現(xiàn)場口譯為素材,以釋意理論為指導,結(jié)合實例分析筆者在此次會展口譯中遇到的困難,并總結(jié)相應的口譯策略。本報告由四個部分構成:口譯任務描述,譯前準備,案例分析,口譯質(zhì)量評估。筆者著重闡述了此次口譯任務中遇到的主要困難及對策:首先,講者說話帶有濃重的澳大利亞口音,其在口譯第一天給筆者造成很大困擾,后筆者采用浸入式學習、詢問、結(jié)合語境的策略解決了該問題;其次,商務口譯因其專業(yè)性強導致口譯過程中面臨大量的專業(yè)術語,針對這一問題,筆者做了充分的譯前準備、翻譯中采用了直譯和意譯的策略;此外,翻譯復合句時,筆者依據(jù)釋意理論的核心思想—脫離源語言外殼,采用順句驅(qū)動的方法進行口譯。筆者希望通過實例展示她在會展口譯中遇到的困難,并分析給出相應口譯策略的方法,能夠提高她自己的口譯水平,同時為日后有志于從事會展口譯及會展口譯研究的人員提供參考和幫助。
