　　翻譯材料取自由贊皮爾團隊編寫,并于2016年出版的《項目管理終極指南》前三章。原作主要介紹了一些流行項目管理系統(tǒng)和項目管理領域的相關知識,使讀者快速了解項目管理領域的專業(yè)術語和如何應對項目管理中出現(xiàn)的問題等�！俄椖抗芾斫K極指南》屬于科技英語的范疇,其用詞專業(yè)、語言結構邏輯性強。為在翻譯實踐中再現(xiàn)原作的風格特點,在目的論三原則指導下,采用了相應的翻譯方法。目的論——漢斯·弗米爾的代表性理論,是翻譯實踐所基于的理論。從目的論三原則——目的原則、連貫原則和忠實原則對《項目管理終極指南》前三章中的典型案例進行了分析,并采用了增譯、減譯、轉換、分譯、直譯和意譯的翻譯方法,使讀者感受到原作的寫作目的、邏輯性以及所要傳達的具體信息。通過案例分析,加深了對項目管理領域的理解,并了解到如何靈活采用相應的翻譯方法來達到目的性、連貫性和忠實性。在翻譯實踐過程中,對遇到的問題進行了剖析并提出了解決方案,以期為今后此類科技文本的翻譯提供一定的參考價值。圖 0 幅;表 0 個;參 31 篇
