英語課外閱讀是讓學(xué)習者在其語言能力范圍內(nèi)接觸大量可理解的語言材料,是提高學(xué)生閱讀能力的手段和重要途徑。英語課外閱讀能使學(xué)習者依據(jù)自身學(xué)習情況有針對性的選擇適合自己的讀物,從而更有針對性的學(xué)習。但是和城市的教學(xué)相比,農(nóng)村課外閱讀存在著閱讀要求不明確,教學(xué)讀物單一等問題,所以農(nóng)村初中英語課外閱讀值得引起人們的進一步關(guān)注和深思�；谳斎肜碚�、自主學(xué)習理論和圖示理論,本研究采用定性和定量研究方法,對廣西兩所農(nóng)村中學(xué)的281名初中生有效問卷進行了統(tǒng)計分析。在問卷調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,隨機抽取了6名學(xué)生、4名教師進行訪談以進行深入了解。本研究旨在探討以下兩個問題:(1)農(nóng)村初中生英語課外閱讀整體狀況如何?(2)農(nóng)村初中生英語課外閱讀問題存在的原因是什么?研究結(jié)果表明:(1)農(nóng)村初中生英語課外閱讀總體情況屬于中等水平,仍有很大的改善空間,大多數(shù)學(xué)生沒有養(yǎng)成良好的英語課外閱讀的習慣。首先他們都認可英語課外閱讀在提高他們的英語水平上有很大的作用,所以他們具有一個積極的態(tài)度。但是,由于學(xué)業(yè)壓力大,農(nóng)村英語課外閱讀普遍出現(xiàn)了閱讀時間少,閱讀量不足,閱讀材料單一,缺少閱讀計劃以及需加強老師的檢查和評價等問題。調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)...
