教育實習(xí)對職前英語教師實踐性知識發(fā)展的影響研究

教師實踐性知識是關(guān)于教育教學(xué)的知識,是教師真正信奉的,在日常教學(xué)實踐中實際使用并表現(xiàn)出來的知識,它指導(dǎo)著教師的日常教學(xué)行為和教學(xué)實踐。實踐性知識作為教師知識不可或缺的部分,對教師的教學(xué)實踐具有重要影響。教育實習(xí)通過讓職前英語教師體驗學(xué)校生活,接觸一線教師的教學(xué)日常工作,是職前英語教師建構(gòu)實踐性知識的重要途徑。本研究采用問卷調(diào)查和半結(jié)構(gòu)化訪談,對華中某大學(xué)的53名英語碩士進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,試圖探究在職前英語教師的感知中,教育實習(xí)對其實踐性知識的影響。在兩個月實習(xí)后,向全體參與過實習(xí)的英語碩士發(fā)放問卷,并采訪了來自不同實習(xí)學(xué)校的8名職前英語教師,以補(bǔ)充問卷數(shù)據(jù)。用于回答以下三個研究問題:(1)實習(xí)后,職前英語教師的實踐性知識是否發(fā)生變化?如果發(fā)生變化,那實踐性知識的各個維度是如何變化的?(2)教育實習(xí)中影響實踐性知識發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素是什么?(3)這些因素是如何影響實踐性知識的發(fā)展的?研究結(jié)果表明:總體而言,教育實習(xí)對職前英語教師實踐性知識的六個維度的發(fā)展具有積極的影響,但每個維度的發(fā)展程度不同。具體來說,實習(xí)后,職前英語教師的自我知識發(fā)展最為顯著,其英語教學(xué)法知識和學(xué)生知識也得到了充分發(fā)展。相比...
