　　在全球信息化的時代,媒體報道對國際環(huán)境的影響越來越大,尤其是一些具有國際影響力的主流媒體,它們的新聞報道會傳播事件,影響輿論導向和國際機構(gòu)的行為方式。因此,把握好國際輿情顯得至關重要,由此國際輿情監(jiān)測成為了一個新興領域,其中國際輿情編譯成為核心工作和重要技能,從BBC輿情監(jiān)測服務的自我描述可見一斑。翻譯的實踐往往超越翻譯理論的發(fā)展,因此我們需要持續(xù)關注實踐(Pym2009:96)。本報告聚焦于近年來在我國興起的國際輿情編譯,選取國外媒體2018年對中非關系的報道作為編譯素材。本次編譯實踐中,筆者首先閱讀了不同國外媒體機構(gòu)對有關中非關系的報道,然后選取了幾家具有代表性、影響力較大的媒體,篩選出其中有關中非關系的報道,根據(jù)編譯實踐總結(jié)了編譯、增譯、減譯、譯述等常用的編譯策略。
