醫(yī)患會話中不禮貌話語的人際語用研究 ————以《豪斯醫(yī)生》為例

  禮貌話語和不禮貌話語都是人類自然語言的重要組成部分,廣泛存在于人際交往中,同樣也存在于日常的醫(yī)患溝通中。近年來,隨著語用學的不斷發(fā)展,人際語用學作為社會語用學的一個分支不斷發(fā)展壯大,人際語用問題越來越受到人們的廣泛關(guān)注,并成為語用學研究的熱點話題,特別是醫(yī)患關(guān)系中的人際語用問題更是引起了國內(nèi)外學者的研究興趣。至此,(不)禮貌研究逐漸轉(zhuǎn)向?qū)θ穗H關(guān)系的研究,探討人們?nèi)绾问褂谜Z言建構(gòu)、維系、改變或解構(gòu)人際關(guān)系。鑒于此,本文作者在梳理國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)現(xiàn),醫(yī)患會話研究雖然已經(jīng)取得了豐碩的研究成果,但對醫(yī)患會話中不禮貌話語做定量分析的研究并不多見,而從人際語用視角探討醫(yī)患會話中不禮貌話語的研究更是鳳毛麟角。本研究基于以上研究不足,以美劇《豪斯醫(yī)生》中隨機抽取的97組醫(yī)患會話為語料,在Bousfield(2008)不禮貌理論框架和Spencer-Oatey(2000,2007,2008)人際關(guān)系管理理論共同指導下,借助語料庫數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計軟件AntConc3.5.6,采用以定性研究為主、定性研究和定量研究相結(jié)合的研究方法,分別對醫(yī)方和患方使用不禮貌話語的頻率及兩者的差異性進行定量分析研究,對醫(yī)患會...
