新聞特寫作為一種傳遞信息的,且被公眾認可的媒介,是人們看世界的一種途徑,其運用生動的細節(jié)描寫和鮮活的人物對話來再現(xiàn)新聞現(xiàn)場,為讀者營造現(xiàn)場感。本報告是一篇英漢翻譯實踐報告,材料內(nèi)容為“通俄門”相關報道,是三篇政治類文章,其中兩篇來自《紐約客》,一篇來自《時代周刊》,均屬于新聞特寫。在翻譯目的論的指導下,作者對此次翻譯實踐進行了回顧,在翻譯過程中,作者把目的原則,連貫原則和忠實原則作為指導原則。在三原則的指導下,作者根據(jù)源文本的詞法和句法特征選擇適當?shù)姆g方法,例如直譯法,意譯法,順譯法,拆分與重組法以及轉(zhuǎn)態(tài)譯法等,旨在為讀者提供優(yōu)質(zhì)的譯文,讓讀者從譯文中獲取真實的,準確的信息,為其他翻譯工作者提供一些翻譯思路。在報告的最后,作者得出結(jié)論:此次翻譯的重點是要準確翻譯文章中出現(xiàn)的人物名字及頭銜,事件和其他術語,對難點要進行細致的分析,例如對長句和復雜句的分析,并在目的論的指導下進行翻譯。此外,因時政文本的特殊性和敏感性,譯者對源文本要有正確的理解,并嚴密,準確地再現(xiàn)文本內(nèi)容。
