中國特色詞蘊含豐富的中國文化信息和鮮明的民族文化特征,它們對中國文化的傳播尤為重要。然而,在實際生活中,中國特色詞常常是譯者從事翻譯、寫作活動的“絆腳石”,也是外國漢語學(xué)習者學(xué)習漢語的難點。雙語詞典的釋義和單語詞典的釋義有很大的不同,雙語詞典釋義主要在于提供對等目的語對等詞及譯文,即譯義,它們不僅需要滿足詞典用戶的實際查閱需要,還需兼顧中國文化的宣傳和推廣。因此,研究漢英詞典中文化特色詞的對等詞和譯義,對豐富釋義理論、提高釋義水平有十分重要的理論和實踐意義,對幫助中國文化“走出去”和促進中國文化軟實力的構(gòu)建有著重要意義。本文綜合分析了現(xiàn)有學(xué)者對文化特色詞的研究,為了便于研究特色詞的對等詞翻譯和譯義方法,本文將文化特色詞分為物質(zhì)文化特色詞、制度文化特色詞和精神文化特色詞三類,以第二版《新時代漢英大詞典》和涉華英語語料庫中的中國特色詞為研究對象,選取《新時代漢英大詞典》中具有代表性的特色詞和涉華英語語料庫提取的高頻特色詞為例子,深入分析這些特色詞在詞典中的對等詞和譯義情況,在語料庫中的翻譯情況,總結(jié)其規(guī)律和存在的問題,并指出可供借鑒和需要改進的地方,以豐富和完善漢英詞典中特色詞對等詞和譯義...
