《以用戶為中心的翻譯》是由勞特里奇出版社于2015年出版的一本關(guān)于翻譯模式的學(xué)術(shù)性新著,該書由蒂迪·索亞寧、凱薩·科斯基寧和蒂納·圖奧米寧三位芬蘭學(xué)者合著。本書共包含十個章節(jié),系統(tǒng)地闡述了“以用戶為中心”的翻譯模式的概念模型、工具方法、評估方式以及該模式在翻譯產(chǎn)業(yè)中的應(yīng)用等問題。本次翻譯實踐任務(wù)節(jié)選自該書的第四章到第六章。第四章主要介紹了影響閱讀過程的四大核心概念:清晰度、可讀性、可理解性和可及性;第五章主要介紹了在翻譯過程開始之前構(gòu)建心理模型;第六章主要介紹了可用性的評估方法:啟發(fā)式評估或?qū)＜以u估。本書將實際用戶置于翻譯過程的核心地位,倡導(dǎo)“以用戶為中心”的翻譯模式,以提高譯文的可用性,突破了傳統(tǒng)的翻譯研究范疇。本書將理論與實踐相結(jié)合,更具有現(xiàn)實意義。任務(wù)原文為學(xué)術(shù)類翻譯學(xué)著作,屬于信息型文本。因此筆者選取英國著名翻譯理論家彼得·紐馬克的文本類型說以及對應(yīng)的兩種翻譯策略一語義翻譯和交際翻譯作為本次翻譯實踐的理論指導(dǎo)。紐馬克翻譯理論的核心是語義翻譯和交際翻譯,這也是其翻譯理論中最主要,最有特色的組成部分,筆者以此為基礎(chǔ)來審視翻譯過程,反思譯文質(zhì)量。彼得·紐馬克根據(jù)文本功能的不同將文本劃...
