遼寧岫巖滿族自治縣農村初中英語教學現(xiàn)狀的調查與研究

近年來,我國提出建設教育公平,推動城鄉(xiāng)義務教育均衡發(fā)展。農村基礎教育得到了越來越多的關注。岫巖滿族自治縣是遼寧省的一個貧困縣,該縣基礎教育發(fā)展較為落后,英語教學仍不能適應課程改革的要求。因此,對該縣英語教學的現(xiàn)狀進行調查與研究顯得十分必要。本調查不僅可有助于全面了解和掌握當?shù)赜⒄Z教學現(xiàn)狀,也可為當?shù)亟逃姓块T制定有關英語教育政策提供調查依據(jù)。本研究以教學要素多維分析理論、建構主義理論為理論依據(jù),以《義務教育英語課程標準》(2011年版)為指導,對岫巖縣農村初中英語教學現(xiàn)狀進行調查,分析現(xiàn)存問題產生的原因并提出相應的改進建議。本研究以岫巖縣北部五所初級中學為樣本,綜合運用問卷法、訪談法和課堂觀察法,從課時安排、教學資源、師資力量、學生的學習、教師課堂教學、教學評價幾方面入手,對這幾所農村學校的英語教學現(xiàn)狀展開調查。調查結果表明,岫巖縣初中英語教學存在的問題有教學資源不足、教材偏難、師資力量薄弱、學生學習興趣低且基礎薄弱、課堂教學低效、評價不合理等。導致這些問題產生的主要原因有:英語教師專業(yè)素質偏低、家長對孩子英語學習不重視、農村學生缺少英語學習環(huán)境、應試教育的消極影響、學校和教育主管部...
