識(shí)解理論視角下的漢英公示語(yǔ)轉(zhuǎn)喻對(duì)比研究

公示語(yǔ)是一種面向公眾的特殊文體,其編寫(xiě)要求簡(jiǎn)潔易懂,且側(cè)重于功能體現(xiàn)。已有的公示語(yǔ)研究多從文體或語(yǔ)用角度展開(kāi),而基于認(rèn)知的公示語(yǔ)研究相對(duì)較少。為豐富相關(guān)研究,本文試圖從認(rèn)知識(shí)解的角度對(duì)漢英公示語(yǔ)中較為常見(jiàn)的轉(zhuǎn)喻現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行分析對(duì)比。論文語(yǔ)料主要取自《漢英公示語(yǔ)詞典》。本文首先從理論上闡釋了識(shí)解理論同概念轉(zhuǎn)喻理論結(jié)合的可行性,繼而從詳略度、突顯、聚焦和視角四個(gè)維度對(duì)語(yǔ)料進(jìn)行了定性分析,概括出兩種語(yǔ)言的公示語(yǔ)中轉(zhuǎn)喻類(lèi)型的異同,分析其規(guī)律,并闡釋差異背后的認(rèn)知?jiǎng)右。最?基于研究結(jié)果,對(duì)中國(guó)公示語(yǔ)的編寫(xiě)和英譯提出相關(guān)建議。本文得出的基本結(jié)論如下:一方面,受設(shè)計(jì)者認(rèn)知共性的影響,漢英公示語(yǔ)中存在基于相同識(shí)解方式的轉(zhuǎn)喻用法;另一方面,思維和文化差異致使?jié)h英公示語(yǔ)設(shè)計(jì)者采取不同的識(shí)解方式,而不同的識(shí)解方式又導(dǎo)致設(shè)計(jì)者采用不同的轉(zhuǎn)喻用法。漢英公示語(yǔ)轉(zhuǎn)喻之間的差別及其背后的原因主要在于以下四個(gè)方面:首先,在詳略度層面,漢英公示語(yǔ)中皆存在基于粗顆粒度描寫(xiě)的轉(zhuǎn)喻,但轉(zhuǎn)喻成因不同,漢語(yǔ)多受漢民族整體思維的影響,而英語(yǔ)則多是為了滿(mǎn)足特定語(yǔ)用目的的需要。其次,在突顯層面,受整體/個(gè)體思維的不同影響,漢語(yǔ)傾向于突顯整...
