全日制在讀英語教育碩士“教師信念”的調(diào)查研究

英語教師是教育改革的踐行者,是英語課堂教學的決策者和組織者,隱性、復雜、動態(tài)的教師信念是教師行為的向?qū)Ш桶l(fā)展的驅(qū)動力。目前英語教師信念的研究主要集中在對中小學以及大學教師的研究上,對職前英語教師,特別是英語教育碩士這一群體的研究成果較少。因此,本文通過研究英語教育碩士教師信念的總體情況,并對比不同省份同級學校之間英語教育碩士的教師信念和本科是英語教育專業(yè)與其他英語專業(yè)研究生的教師信念,旨在通過調(diào)查與分析,能對英語教育碩士群體的自我認識和專業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃起促進作用,提高其反思和完善自身教師信念的意識。本文主要采用問卷調(diào)查的手段,以廣西師范大學和河南師范大學的86名學科英語方向的研究生為調(diào)查對象進行研究。英語教師信念的調(diào)查問卷是在臺灣學者朱苑瑜和葉玉珠(2001)以及徐泉(2012)編制的問卷的基礎上進行了一定的修改與調(diào)整編制而成的。該問卷共有五個維度:英語語言觀、英語教學觀、英語學習觀、師生角色觀和英語教學專業(yè)觀。本文研究的問題為:(1)英語教育碩士的教師信念的總體情況如何?(2)廣西師范大學學科英語方向研究生和河南師范大學學科英語方向研究生所持有的英語教師信念是否存在差異?(3)本科是英語...
