新高考改革更加重視英語閱讀理解的重要性,這意味著對(duì)學(xué)生閱讀能力的培養(yǎng)變得越來越重要。然而,僅僅把閱讀集中于課堂教學(xué)已經(jīng)不能滿足新高考提出的要求。而英語課外閱讀作為課堂教學(xué)的有效補(bǔ)充和延伸,被普遍認(rèn)為是拓寬學(xué)生視野,提高學(xué)生英語水平的好方法。本研究采用問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法,以高中200名學(xué)生和10名教師為研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查,對(duì)學(xué)生對(duì)課外閱讀的態(tài)度,學(xué)生進(jìn)行課外閱讀的具體表現(xiàn)以及影響課外閱讀的因素這三個(gè)問題進(jìn)行探索研究。研究表明在新高考改革背景下,當(dāng)前高中英語課外閱讀的現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀。盡管半數(shù)以上的學(xué)生已經(jīng)意識(shí)到課外閱讀在擴(kuò)大詞匯量、增強(qiáng)語感、開闊視野以及增長(zhǎng)知識(shí)等方面大有幫助,而對(duì)某些學(xué)生來講,其閱讀的實(shí)際目的是想通過課外閱讀來提高高考的分?jǐn)?shù)。此外,研究發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分學(xué)生沒有接觸課外閱讀材料的良好途徑,并且不知道如何使用閱讀策略來幫助他們更好的閱讀。而且大部分學(xué)生沒有養(yǎng)成良好的閱讀習(xí)慣,在閱讀時(shí)不做筆記。整體來講,學(xué)生在課外閱讀中的表現(xiàn)并不盡如人意。而導(dǎo)致英語課外閱讀的效果不佳的因素主要有:學(xué)生詞匯量少、閱讀時(shí)間有限、教師組織課外閱讀的積極性不高、學(xué)校評(píng)價(jià)體系不合理等。整體來看,高中英語課外閱...
