國(guó)家形象視閾下政治術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯策略及傳播效果研究

  隨著我國(guó)綜合國(guó)力和國(guó)際影響力的進(jìn)一步提高,國(guó)家形象,作為國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)重要組成部分,被提到了戰(zhàn)略性高度。中國(guó)的政治歷來(lái)是外界關(guān)注的一個(gè)焦點(diǎn),政府通過(guò)政治文獻(xiàn)和言辭來(lái)闡明政策,表達(dá)政治立場(chǎng)和觀點(diǎn),展示各個(gè)側(cè)面國(guó)家形象。中國(guó)政治術(shù)語(yǔ)是中央政治文獻(xiàn)或黨和政府在處理內(nèi)政外交等活動(dòng)中所形成的具有特定形式、特定含義并富有中國(guó)特色的概念和表述。其翻譯更是擔(dān)任著反映我國(guó)國(guó)情和社會(huì)發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)、促進(jìn)國(guó)際交往與合作、傳播國(guó)家良好形象的重要使命。由于政治術(shù)語(yǔ)的獨(dú)特性,其翻譯的質(zhì)量不僅影響中國(guó)觀點(diǎn)內(nèi)涵的準(zhǔn)確表達(dá)和對(duì)外傳播,讀者的接受與認(rèn)同,更關(guān)乎積極正面國(guó)家形象的建構(gòu)與傳播。目前我國(guó)政治術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯研究多采用個(gè)案分析從各種翻譯理論角度研究翻譯問(wèn)題及其策略。本文主要運(yùn)用國(guó)家形象理論和拉斯韋爾的傳播理論,強(qiáng)調(diào)了國(guó)家形象和受眾在對(duì)外交流中的重要作用,認(rèn)為受眾會(huì)根據(jù)自身文化背景和語(yǔ)言習(xí)慣接受與其認(rèn)知相近的形象。國(guó)家形象傳播,主要探討一個(gè)國(guó)家政治精英和公眾對(duì)他國(guó)的印象,包括五大要素,傳播者,內(nèi)容,媒介,受眾和傳播效果,而翻譯本質(zhì)上是一種傳播活動(dòng),包括譯者,原文,譯文,讀者和受眾接受;政治術(shù)語(yǔ)翻譯活動(dòng)的傳播者歸根結(jié)底就是翻譯的主體,傳...
