【摘要】：可雇傭性技能的開發(fā)為長江經(jīng)濟帶二本高校商務英語人才培養(yǎng)提供了新的研究視角.采用"大學生可雇傭性問卷"分析大學生可雇傭性現(xiàn)狀,在訪談基礎上,"自編調(diào)查問卷",從已畢業(yè)學生的視角探析可雇傭性技能培養(yǎng)中的不足.基于現(xiàn)狀與不足,從雇主視角的可雇傭性、全程性、商務英語發(fā)展的異質(zhì)性三個方面提出商務英語人才培養(yǎng)策略.
[Abstract]:The development of employment skills provides a new research perspective for the cultivation of business English talents in ordinary universities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt. The present situation of employability of college students is analyzed by using the questionnaire of employability of College students. On the basis of interviews, the questionnaire is designed to explore the shortcomings in the cultivation of employability skills from the perspective of graduated students. Based on the present situation and shortcomings, this paper puts forward the strategies of cultivating business English talents from three aspects: the employment from the perspective of employers, the whole process and the heterogeneity of the development of business English.
