【摘要】：師生關(guān)系是教育活動(dòng)中最基本,也是最重要的人際關(guān)系系統(tǒng)。許多研究表明,師生關(guān)系的狀況在很大程度上影響著學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)和考試成績(jī)等諸多方面。本研究旨在調(diào)查目前高中英語(yǔ)課程改革背景下高中英語(yǔ)教學(xué)中學(xué)生所感知的師生關(guān)系和英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀,以及兩者分別有無(wú)性別和年級(jí)上的差異,并探究師生關(guān)系與學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)兩者的相關(guān)性及其相關(guān)的特點(diǎn)。本研究以伍貝斯和布雷克爾曼斯的教師人際交往模型和比格斯的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方式理論為理論基礎(chǔ),采用分層抽樣的方法選取了135名來(lái)自三個(gè)不同年級(jí)的高中學(xué)生作為研究對(duì)象,然后通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法調(diào)查目前高中生與英語(yǔ)教師之間的師生關(guān)系以及英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀,并利用SPSS20.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件中的獨(dú)立樣本T檢驗(yàn)和方差分析法來(lái)檢驗(yàn)兩者是否分別具有性別和年級(jí)上的差異,最后再采取相關(guān)性檢驗(yàn)法來(lái)檢測(cè)師生關(guān)系與學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)兩者的相關(guān)性及其相關(guān)的特點(diǎn)。研究結(jié)果顯示高中學(xué)生與英語(yǔ)教師之間的師生關(guān)系普遍呈現(xiàn)出良好積極的狀態(tài),而高中生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)卻更多地表現(xiàn)為淺層動(dòng)機(jī),這表明大部分學(xué)生仍然僅僅只是為了通過(guò)考試或完成任務(wù)而學(xué)習(xí)。差異性檢驗(yàn)的結(jié)果表明師生關(guān)系和英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)兩者分別在年級(jí)上存在顯著差異,無(wú)性別上的顯著差異。此外,高中生與英語(yǔ)教師間的師生關(guān)系和英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)之間存在著顯著相關(guān),其中指導(dǎo)型的師生人際類(lèi)型與淺層動(dòng)機(jī),親密型的師生人際類(lèi)型與深層動(dòng)機(jī)之間存在著顯著正相關(guān)。然而,壓制型的師生人際類(lèi)型則與深層動(dòng)機(jī)之間存在著顯著負(fù)相關(guān),容忍型的師生人際類(lèi)型與學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)之間無(wú)相關(guān)特點(diǎn)。因此構(gòu)建高中英語(yǔ)課堂和諧的師生關(guān)系對(duì)提高學(xué)生的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī),提升學(xué)習(xí)熱情,促進(jìn)高中英語(yǔ)課程改革具有一定的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic and important interpersonal relationship system in educational activities. Many studies show that the relationship between teachers and students affects students' learning motivation and test scores to a great extent. The purpose of this study is to investigate the current situation of teacher-student relationship and English learning motivation perceived by high school English teaching students under the background of high school English curriculum reform, and whether there are gender and grade differences between them. And explore the relationship between teacher-student relationship and learning motivation and related characteristics. Based on the interpersonal interaction model of teachers and Biggs' learning style theory, 135 senior high school students from three different grades were selected by stratified sampling. Then the present situation of teacher-student relationship and English learning motivation between senior high school students and English teachers is investigated by means of a questionnaire survey. The independent sample T test and variance analysis method in SPSS20.0 statistical software were used to test whether the two had gender and grade differences, respectively. Finally, the correlation test method is adopted to test the correlation between teacher-student relationship and learning motivation. The results show that the teacher-student relationship between senior high school students and English teachers is generally positive, while that of senior high school students is more superficial. This shows that most students still study just to pass the exam or finish the task. The results of differences test show that there are significant differences in the grades of teacher-student relationship and English learning motivation, but there is no significant difference in gender. In addition, there is a significant correlation between teacher-student relationship and English learning motivation between senior high school students and English teachers. There is a significant positive correlation between the interpersonal types of intimate teachers and students and deep motivation. However, there is a significant negative correlation between the interpersonal types of oppressive teachers and students and deep motivation, while there is no correlation between the interpersonal types of tolerant teachers and students and learning motivation. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship in senior high school English classroom to improve students' motivation, enthusiasm and reform of English curriculum.
