【摘要】：法律文書翻譯一直以來是翻譯學(xué)者們廣泛關(guān)注的話題,其中翻譯法律術(shù)語和法律長難句時(shí)如何做到功能對(duì)等是一個(gè)尤為重要的課題。本文是一篇關(guān)于廣東省禁毒條例的翻譯報(bào)告,該條例是具有傳統(tǒng)法律文本特征的法律文本。作者采用功能對(duì)等、詞意擴(kuò)充、轉(zhuǎn)述等翻譯方法處理本條例的翻譯問題。目前,該條例尚無正式的英文翻譯,因此本翻譯成果及翻譯報(bào)告將為中國有關(guān)法律的研究提供參考便利。本報(bào)告分為四個(gè)部分。第一部分為緒論,主要介紹了該翻譯項(xiàng)目的工作背景和原文的法律背景,總結(jié)原文的語言特點(diǎn)和語法特點(diǎn)。第二部分簡要介紹了適用于本條例翻譯的有關(guān)理論,并分析了針對(duì)禁毒條例中專業(yè)術(shù)語與長句的翻譯方法。第三部分是本文的核心部分,首先總結(jié)了適用的翻譯方法,其次分析了法律術(shù)語和長句翻譯的策略,并以理論和實(shí)例探討了翻譯中的技巧,以更精確、通順地翻譯出原文。本報(bào)告的最后一部分總結(jié)了從這個(gè)翻譯項(xiàng)目中獲得的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:Translation of legal documents has always been a topic of great concern to translators, among which how to achieve functional equivalence in translating legal terms and long legal sentences is a particularly important issue. This paper is a translation report on Guangdong Provincial Drug Control regulations, which is a legal text with the characteristics of traditional legal texts. The author adopts translation methods such as functional equivalence, lexical extension, and reporting to deal with the translation of this Ordinance. At present, there is no formal English translation of the regulations, so the translation results and translation report will provide reference for the study of relevant laws in China. The report is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the background of the translation project and the legal background of the original text, and summarizes the linguistic and grammatical characteristics of the original text. The second part briefly introduces the relevant theories applicable to the translation of the regulations and analyzes the translation methods of the specialized terms and long sentences in the anti-drug regulations. The third part is the core part of this paper. Firstly, it summarizes the applicable translation methods, then analyzes the translation strategies of legal terms and long sentences, and discusses the translation techniques in order to translate the original text more accurately and smoothly. The final part of this report summarizes the experience and lessons learned from this translation project.
