【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的快速發(fā)展,給中國(guó)的外語(yǔ)教育帶來(lái)新的機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),外教不斷被引入中國(guó)進(jìn)行教學(xué),因此學(xué)生有更多機(jī)會(huì)與母語(yǔ)為英語(yǔ)國(guó)家的教師一起學(xué)習(xí)和交流。外教的到來(lái)給中國(guó)的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)帶來(lái)了新的活力,他們帶來(lái)了原汁原味的英語(yǔ)、新穎的教學(xué)方法、豐富的英語(yǔ)學(xué)習(xí)資料和多彩的異國(guó)文化。更重要的是,他們新穎的教學(xué)方法給我們的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)帶來(lái)了值得思考的問題,如何培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣,讓學(xué)生愛上英語(yǔ)。本論文采用課堂觀察法和比較研究法,以�？谑心承W(xué)的中菲英語(yǔ)教師為研究對(duì)象,研究?jī)晌唤處煹恼n堂教學(xué)。本論文首先對(duì)中菲英語(yǔ)教師課堂教學(xué)進(jìn)行初步分析,外教從打招呼、播放英文歌、簡(jiǎn)筆畫、提問、游戲操作五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析,而中國(guó)英語(yǔ)教師從打招呼、復(fù)習(xí)提問、導(dǎo)入、講授新課、鞏固練習(xí)五個(gè)方面進(jìn)行分析。通過(guò)呈現(xiàn)中菲英語(yǔ)教師各自的教學(xué)樣態(tài)和教學(xué)特征,發(fā)現(xiàn)中菲英語(yǔ)教師在課堂教學(xué)模型、教學(xué)方式、教學(xué)行為、教學(xué)方法、教學(xué)效果五個(gè)方面存在差異,包括菲籍教師的課堂教學(xué)是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)的、過(guò)程的、整體的、結(jié)構(gòu)化的組織和安排,而中國(guó)教師的課堂教學(xué)以學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)、作業(yè)串聯(lián)為主;菲籍教師善于設(shè)計(jì),操作多種多樣的教學(xué)游戲,而中國(guó)教師通過(guò)口頭語(yǔ)言講解所學(xué)知識(shí);菲籍教師的課堂導(dǎo)入在于導(dǎo)入新知,引起好奇,中國(guó)教師的課堂導(dǎo)入在于回顧舊知,引起新知;菲籍教師的開放型問題居多,沒有固定的答案,中國(guó)教師多使用封閉型問題等。本論文通過(guò)進(jìn)行中菲英語(yǔ)教師課堂教學(xué)比較分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)中國(guó)英語(yǔ)教師課堂教學(xué)存在一些問題,包括課堂導(dǎo)入方式過(guò)于單一、教學(xué)活動(dòng)形式單一、教學(xué)游戲較少、參與面過(guò)窄等問題。針對(duì)這些問題,提出了一些解決對(duì)策,應(yīng)該增加課堂導(dǎo)入的多樣化、改變課堂提問類型的單一性、轉(zhuǎn)變教學(xué)觀念、以學(xué)生為主體等幾個(gè)建議,希望這些建議對(duì)改善中國(guó)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)起到一定的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, foreign language education in China has brought new opportunities and challenges. Foreign teachers have been introduced into China to teach, so students have more opportunities to learn and communicate with teachers in English-speaking countries. The arrival of foreign teachers has brought new vitality to English teaching in China. They have brought authentic English, novel teaching methods, rich English learning materials and colorful foreign cultures. More importantly, their novel teaching methods have brought us some questions worth thinking about, how to cultivate students' interest in learning and make them fall in love with English. In this paper, classroom observation and comparative research are used to study the classroom teaching of the two teachers in a primary school in Haikou. This paper first analyzes the classroom teaching of English teachers in China and Philippines. Foreign teachers analyze from five aspects: greeting, playing English songs, simple strokes, asking questions, and game manipulation, while Chinese English teachers say hello, review questions, and introduce them. Teach new lessons, consolidate practice in five aspects of analysis. By presenting the teaching patterns and teaching characteristics of Chinese and Philippine English teachers, it is found that there are differences in five aspects: classroom teaching model, teaching method, teaching behavior, teaching method and teaching effect. Including the classroom teaching of Filipino teachers, it is a systematic, procedural, holistic and structured organization and arrangement, while the classroom teaching of Chinese teachers is mainly based on learning tasks and homework series. The Filipino teachers are good at designing. To operate a variety of teaching games, while Chinese teachers explain what they have learned through oral language; the classroom introduction of Filipino teachers lies in the introduction of new knowledge, which causes curiosity, and the classroom introduction of Chinese teachers lies in reviewing old knowledge and causing new knowledge. Most of the open questions of Filipino teachers have no fixed answers, and Chinese teachers often use closed questions. Through the comparative analysis of classroom teaching of English teachers in China and Philippines, this thesis finds that there are some problems in classroom teaching of Chinese English teachers, including the single way of classroom introduction, the single form of teaching activities, and the few teaching games. Participation is too narrow and so on. In view of these problems, some countermeasures are put forward, such as increasing the diversity of classroom introduction, changing the singularity of classroom questioning type, changing teaching concept, taking students as the main body, and so on. It is hoped that these suggestions will contribute to the improvement of English teaching in China.
