【摘要】：該篇報(bào)告為英漢翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告,所譯原文來自美國女園藝設(shè)計(jì)師(Rebecca Sweet)2013年出版的作品Refresh Your Garden Design With Color,TextureForm(Refresh Garden Design)。隨著時(shí)代的進(jìn)步和社會的發(fā)展,我國居民更加注重生活的品質(zhì)和樂趣,開始追求綠色健康的生活方式。在此情形下,園藝逐漸走進(jìn)人們的生活,小到室內(nèi)栽培、陽臺花園、屋頂花園、大到庭院花園,無不表現(xiàn)出人們親近大自然、與自然和諧相處的渴望。因此,所選翻譯文本既順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流,又符合社會需求。同時(shí),該項(xiàng)翻譯實(shí)踐既有理論意義,又有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。一方面,通過該文本的翻譯和傳播,能夠豐富我國園藝領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)設(shè)計(jì)人員以及園藝愛好者的園藝設(shè)計(jì)知識,培養(yǎng)我國居民先進(jìn)的綠色生活理念,提高人們對生活環(huán)境的審美,推進(jìn)建設(shè)社會主義物質(zhì)文明和精神文明;第二,能夠探索奈達(dá)功能對等理論對花園設(shè)計(jì)類及相關(guān)文本的適用意義和指導(dǎo)意義,不斷充實(shí)其內(nèi)容;最后,可以取得并積累同類文本的翻譯經(jīng)驗(yàn),提高相似或相關(guān)文體的翻譯質(zhì)量,為今后的翻譯提供有益的借鑒。本報(bào)告共分為六個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章是對該項(xiàng)翻譯實(shí)踐背景、意義和來源的介紹。第二章是原文本的分析,分析了文本的語言特色、句法特點(diǎn)、修辭特點(diǎn)和體裁類型。第三章節(jié)是過程描述:筆者主要從譯前準(zhǔn)備、處理術(shù)語和譯后校對三個(gè)方面對本次翻譯實(shí)踐的翻譯過程展開描述。第四章節(jié)是本次翻譯實(shí)踐的理論支撐,主要論述了尤金·奈達(dá)的功能對等理論及其評價(jià)和發(fā)展,以及對本文翻譯的可能指導(dǎo)功能。第五章節(jié)是該實(shí)踐報(bào)告的重點(diǎn),筆者通過大量例子從詞匯對等、句子對等、語篇對等和風(fēng)格對等四個(gè)方面的目的,闡述功能對等理論對本次翻譯實(shí)踐的具體指導(dǎo)價(jià)值。同時(shí),筆者也闡述了在功能對等指導(dǎo)下此次翻譯實(shí)踐中所用到的翻譯策略,包括增譯法、刪減法、反譯法和重組法。最后一部分是結(jié)論,總結(jié)了在該翻譯實(shí)踐中的重要發(fā)現(xiàn)和有益嘗試,也指出了不足之處,以便對今后的相關(guān)翻譯工作能夠具有更多的啟示作用。
[Abstract]:The report is an English-Chinese translation report originally from Refresh your Garden Design with Colorlight TextureForm (Refresh Garden Design) published by Rebecca Sweet in 2013. With the progress of the times and the development of the society, the residents of our country pay more attention to the quality and fun of life, and begin to pursue the green and healthy way of life. In this situation, gardening gradually comes into people's life, from indoor cultivation, balcony garden, roof garden, large garden to courtyard garden, all show people's desire to be close to nature and get along with nature harmoniously. Therefore, the selected translated texts not only conform to the trend of the times, but also meet the needs of society. At the same time, the translation practice has both theoretical and practical significance. On the one hand, through the translation and dissemination of the text, it can enrich the horticultural design knowledge of professional designers and horticultural enthusiasts in the field of horticulture in China, cultivate the advanced concept of green life of Chinese residents, and improve people's aesthetic appreciation of the living environment. To promote the construction of socialist material civilization and spiritual civilization; second, to explore the application and guiding significance of Nida functional equivalence theory to garden design and related texts, and to enrich its content. It can gain and accumulate translation experience of similar texts, improve the translation quality of similar or related styles, and provide useful reference for future translation. The report is divided into six chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, significance and source of the translation. The second chapter is the analysis of the original text, analyzing the language features, syntactic features, rhetoric features and genre types of the text. The third chapter is the process description: the author mainly describes the translation process of this translation practice from three aspects: pre-translation preparation, processing terminology and post-translation proofreading. The fourth chapter is the theoretical support of this translation practice, mainly discusses Eugene Nida's functional equivalence theory and its evaluation and development, as well as the possible guiding functions for this translation. The fifth chapter is the focus of the practice report. Through a large number of examples from the lexical equivalence, sentence equivalence, textual equivalence and style equivalence, the author expounds the specific guiding value of functional equivalence theory in this translation practice. At the same time, the author also expounds the translation strategies used in the translation practice under the guidance of functional equivalence, including the addition of translation, deletion, anti-translation and recombination. The last part is the conclusion which summarizes the important findings and useful attempts in the translation practice and points out the shortcomings so as to be more instructive to the related translation work in the future.
