【摘要】：隨著國內(nèi)汽車行業(yè)的開放,中外共同投資的車企也變得越來越多,因此對(duì)中英往來文件的翻譯需求增加,其翻譯質(zhì)量對(duì)合同雙方起著至關(guān)重要的作用。高質(zhì)量的合同翻譯有助于雙方合作、形成條理清晰的執(zhí)行流程,使得項(xiàng)目更加系統(tǒng)化、有序化。本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告基于博世合同翻譯實(shí)踐而撰寫,首先介紹了項(xiàng)目背景,包括項(xiàng)目簡介和意義等,然后對(duì)翻譯項(xiàng)目過程進(jìn)行介紹。在案例分析部分,筆者結(jié)合合同中的案例,對(duì)合同文本特征進(jìn)行分析,總結(jié)歸納翻譯方法。在詞匯方面,本合同中有較多縮略語及專業(yè)術(shù)語,筆者采取的翻譯方法是還原法及直譯法。在句子方面,主要包含被動(dòng)句,復(fù)合句等,筆者采取對(duì)應(yīng)的翻譯策略,比如拆分法、句式轉(zhuǎn)換等,力求提升翻譯質(zhì)量。筆者希望通過本篇翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告,能夠給此類合同的翻譯提供一些借鑒和啟示。
[Abstract]:With the opening up of domestic automobile industry, more and more Chinese and foreign co-invested automobile enterprises have become more and more. Therefore, the translation demand for Sino-English documents is increasing, and the translation quality plays a vital role for both parties to the contract. High-quality contract translation helps both parties to work together and form a coherent execution process that makes the project more systematic and orderly. This translation practice report is based on Bosch's contract translation practice. It first introduces the background of the project, including the project profile and significance, and then introduces the process of the translation project. In the part of case analysis, the author analyzes the characteristics of contract text and summarizes the translation methods. In terms of vocabulary, there are many acronyms and technical terms in this contract. The author adopts the methods of reduction and literal translation. In the aspect of sentences, including passive sentences and compound sentences, the author adopts the corresponding translation strategies, such as split method, sentence transformation and so on, in order to improve the translation quality. Through this translation practice report, the author hopes to provide some reference and inspiration for the translation of such contracts.
