【摘要】：教師是整個教學活動的組織者和執(zhí)行者,教師個人的業(yè)務素質及綜合能力直接影響到教學效果的好壞。本文在對建筑類高校英語專業(yè)師資隊伍調查分析的基礎上,總結了現(xiàn)階段師資隊伍方面存在的主要問題,強調了加強師資隊伍建設的必要性,并在此基礎上,提出了加強師資隊伍建設的建議。
[Abstract]:The teacher is the organizer and executor of the whole teaching activity. The professional quality and comprehensive ability of the teacher directly affect the teaching effect. On the basis of the investigation and analysis of the teaching staff of English majors in architectural colleges and universities, this paper summarizes the main problems existing in the teaching staff at the present stage, emphasizes the necessity of strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, and on this basis, Some suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction of teaching staff.
