【摘要】：本報(bào)告是基于筆者翻譯的四篇醫(yī)學(xué)英語論文進(jìn)行的。這四篇醫(yī)學(xué)論文分別發(fā)表在四類不同的英文期刊上,詳細(xì)描述了幾項(xiàng)臨床試驗(yàn)及其結(jié)果。該報(bào)告分別從詞匯與句法層面上分析了四篇醫(yī)學(xué)論文文本的特點(diǎn),進(jìn)而說明了一些可行的翻譯方法,包括直譯、增譯、轉(zhuǎn)譯以及句式重組等。該論文根據(jù)譯者的實(shí)際翻譯程序依次展開,共包括六個(gè)章節(jié)。筆者嘗試從三個(gè)主要方面入手說明整個(gè)翻譯過程:譯前,譯中,譯后。譯前,譯者做了大量準(zhǔn)備工作。翻譯過程中,譯者首先從語言層面與專業(yè)知識(shí)層面分析了四篇論文的特點(diǎn),隨后確定了指導(dǎo)理論為動(dòng)態(tài)對(duì)等。然后,譯者在該理論指導(dǎo)下,逐句開始翻譯。翻譯過程結(jié)束后,譯者對(duì)所有漢語譯文進(jìn)行校對(duì),檢查是否有錯(cuò)譯或翻譯不當(dāng)之處。最后,筆者結(jié)合從客戶那里得來的反饋意見,對(duì)該翻譯項(xiàng)目的完成過程進(jìn)行了自我反思,以期為其他醫(yī)學(xué)英語翻譯工作者提供指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:This report is based on four medical English papers translated by the author.The four medical papers, published in four different English journals, describe several clinical trials and their results in detail.The report analyzes the characteristics of the four medical papers from the lexical and syntactic levels, and explains some feasible translation methods, including literal translation, incremental translation, translation and sentence recombination.According to the translator's actual translation procedures, the thesis consists of six chapters.The author tries to explain the whole process of translation from three main aspects: pre-translation, mid-translation and post-translation.Before the translation, the translator did a lot of preparatory work.In the process of translation, the translator first analyzes the characteristics of the four papers at the linguistic level and the level of professional knowledge, and then determines the guiding theory as dynamic equivalence.Then, under the guidance of the theory, the translator begins to translate sentence by sentence.At the end of the translation process, the translator proofreads all Chinese translations to see if there are any errors or errors in translation.Finally, based on the feedback received from clients, the author makes a self-reflection on the completion of the translation project in order to provide guidance for other medical English translators.
