【摘要】：該翻譯實踐報告的翻譯文本節(jié)選自英國著名翻譯家和翻譯理論家彼得·紐馬克的著作《論翻譯》(About Translation),筆者所承擔的翻譯內(nèi)容為第八章和第九章。這兩章主要探討了翻譯與誤譯、直譯和語用翻譯等問題。根據(jù)紐馬克的文本類型理論,筆者所翻譯章節(jié)屬于信息型文本,因此筆者在翻譯過程中以紐馬克的交際翻譯方法為主,語義翻譯方法為輔。本報告結(jié)合理論從詞、句、語篇及文化層面分析并解決翻譯中遇到的重點和難點,并探討了詞義引申、直譯、移植法、分譯法、合譯法、反譯法和注釋等翻譯技巧的應(yīng)用。最后總結(jié)該翻譯實踐中的收獲與不足之處。本報告將通過對這四個層面的分析與探討,總結(jié)出翻譯信息文本可以采取的翻譯技巧和應(yīng)該注意的問題,希望能對從事信息型文本翻譯的譯者提供有益的參考。
[Abstract]:The translated text of this translation practice report is excerpted from Peter Newmark, a famous British translator and translation theorist, in his book about Translation. The author undertakes the translation contents in chapters 8 and 9.The two chapters mainly discuss translation and error translation, literal translation and pragmatic translation.According to Newmark's text typology theory, the translated chapters belong to informational text, so in the process of translation, Newmark's communicative translation method is the main method, and the semantic translation method is supplemented by the semantic translation method.Based on the theory of words, sentences, discourse and culture, this report analyzes and solves the key points and difficulties encountered in translation, and discusses the application of translation techniques such as extension, literal translation, transplantation, split translation, co-translation, anti-translation and annotation.Finally, the paper summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the translation practice.Through the analysis and discussion of these four aspects, this report will sum up the translation techniques and problems that should be paid attention to in the translation of information texts, hoping to provide a useful reference for translators engaged in the translation of informative texts.
