【摘要】：隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展和國際信息技術(shù)交流的增多,越來越多的專利持有者意識(shí)到保護(hù)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的必要性。這帶來了日益增長的美國專利漢譯需求,也為譯員提供了發(fā)展機(jī)遇和發(fā)揮空間。但由于專利文本具有完整、清晰、簡潔、確切等特點(diǎn),此類翻譯實(shí)踐對經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足的譯者而言也是一種挑戰(zhàn)。本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告基于一篇美國專利“一種水果削皮裝置”。鑒于該專利文本的特點(diǎn),筆者以紐馬克的交際翻譯理論為指導(dǎo)在翻譯過程中靈活運(yùn)用各種翻譯策略和技巧,如直譯、意譯、套譯、拆譯、語序調(diào)整等,成功解決了遇到的問題。本報(bào)告分為四個(gè)章節(jié):第一章“引言”概述了專利翻譯現(xiàn)狀和已有研究成果,介紹了專利文本特點(diǎn)及交際翻譯理論的適用性。第二章“項(xiàng)目描述”介紹了項(xiàng)目背景、譯前準(zhǔn)備、翻譯過程和譯后事項(xiàng)。第三章“案例分析”從詞匯、句法和風(fēng)格三個(gè)層面展開,以實(shí)際案例分析總結(jié)了交際翻譯理論指導(dǎo)下的相應(yīng)翻譯策略。第四章“結(jié)語”總結(jié)了本報(bào)告的研究成果和局限性。希望本翻譯實(shí)踐報(bào)告能為同樣從事專利翻譯的相關(guān)譯者提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)和參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the increase of international information technology exchange, more and more patent holders are aware of the need to protect intellectual property rights. It also provides opportunities and space for interpreters to develop. However, due to the integrity, clarity, simplicity and accuracy of the patent text, Such translation practices are also a challenge for inexperienced translators. This translation practice report is based on an American patent "a fruit peeling device". Under the guidance of Newmark's communicative translation theory, the author makes flexible use of various translation strategies and techniques, such as literal translation, free translation, translation, translation, translation, word order adjustment and so on. This report is divided into four chapters: the first chapter, "introduction", summarizes the current situation of patent translation and the existing research results. This paper introduces the characteristics of patent texts and the applicability of communicative translation theory. Chapter two, "Project description", introduces the project background, pre-translation preparation, translation process and post-translation issues. There are three levels of syntax and style. This paper summarizes the corresponding translation strategies under the guidance of communicative translation theory based on practical case analysis. Chapter 4th "conclusion" summarizes the research results and limitations of this report. It is hoped that this translation practice report can be used for the purpose of patent translation. Relevant translators provide experience and reference.
