【摘要】：作為科技文本的一種,醫(yī)學文本具有邏輯嚴密、用詞準確、結構緊湊和行文簡練等特點。其鮮明的語言特征使醫(yī)學文本的翻譯也有了特殊性�？紤]到醫(yī)學文本的主要功能是交流及傳播醫(yī)學知識,而作者翻譯《高血壓的治療方法——非藥物自然降壓》一書及醫(yī)學論文《飲食降壓:DASH飲食控制高血壓的效果評估》的目的也是希望先進的醫(yī)學知識能更好地在大眾中傳播。鑒于此,本翻譯實踐報告在功能主義目的論的指導下,選擇了醫(yī)學翻譯中并不常用的意譯、簡化等方法,使譯文在最大程度還原原文的基礎上,更加通俗易懂、符合譯入語讀者的語言習慣。本實驗報告分為五章,第一章對翻譯任務的描述主要包括對原文本的介紹和對醫(yī)學文本特點的概括;第二章簡要介紹了功能主義目的論,并對其發(fā)展和在翻譯中的應用作了簡要分析;第三章是翻譯過程的描述,整章被分為譯前準備、譯中和翻譯過程中遇到的困難三個部分;第四章,本實踐報告的核心章節(jié),主要介紹了翻譯中使用的翻譯技巧意譯、增譯、簡化、調整語序和詞性轉換,并結合相關案例進行了分析;第五章為結論,總結了本次翻譯實踐及論文寫作中的收獲、自身存在的不足和翻譯過程中的發(fā)現(xiàn)。希望本實踐報告能對其他譯者翻譯醫(yī)學文本有所幫助。
[Abstract]:As a kind of scientific and technological text, medical text has strict logic and accurate words. The features of compact structure and concise writing make the translation of medical texts special. Considering that the main function of medical texts is to communicate and disseminate medical knowledge, The purpose of the author's translation of the book "the treatment of Hypertension-Non-drug Natural hypotension" and the medical paper "Diet hypotension: assessing the effect of dietetic diet control hypertension" is also to hope that advanced medical knowledge can be better used in the public. In view of this, Under the guidance of functionalist Skopos Theory, this translation practice report chooses some methods, such as free translation and simplification, which are not commonly used in medical translation, so that the translation can be made easier to understand on the basis of maximum reduction of the original text. In accordance with the language habits of the target readers, this report is divided into five chapters. The first chapter describes the translation tasks mainly including the introduction of the original text and the summary of the characteristics of the medical text, and the second chapter briefly introduces the functionalist Skopos theory. The third chapter is the description of the translation process, the whole chapter is divided into three parts: preparation before translation, difficulties encountered in translation and translation, chapter 4th, the core chapters of this practical report. This paper mainly introduces the translation techniques used in translation, such as free translation, incremental translation, simplification, readjusting word order and part of speech conversion, and analyzes them with relevant cases. Chapter 5th is the conclusion, which summarizes the achievements in translation practice and writing. It is hoped that this practical report will be helpful to other translators in translating medical texts.
