【摘要】：本文從采用RFID技術(shù)進行檔案定位管理、運用圖形化虛擬庫房監(jiān)測庫內(nèi)檔案、實現(xiàn)庫房情況實時監(jiān)控三個方面介紹紹興市檔案館運用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)進行檔案實體安全管理的做法,分析了運用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)保障檔案實體安全的重要性,指出運用物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)要注重檔案實體安全管理的綜合性和全面性、檔案實體安全管理系統(tǒng)的有機統(tǒng)一性和檔案實體安全管理體系建設(shè)的實用性。
[Abstract]:This paper introduces how Shaoxing city archives can use Internet of things technology to manage archives security in Shaoxing archives from three aspects: adopting RFID technology to manage archives location, using graphical virtual storehouse to monitor the archives inside the storehouse, and realizing real-time monitoring of the storehouse situation. This paper analyzes the importance of using Internet of things technology to ensure the security of archival entities, and points out that the use of Internet of things technology should pay attention to the comprehensive and comprehensive management of archival entity security. The organic unity of archival entity security management system and the practicability of archives entity security management system construction.
