【摘要】：高校圖書館為高校的廣大師生讀者提供教學(xué)與科研所必須的文獻信息資料,是保障高校各方面工作得以正常運行的重要機構(gòu)。女性館員的絕對比重也決定她們在高校圖書館中舉足輕重的地位,是高校圖書館工作成敗的關(guān)鍵所在。為了研究高校圖書館女性館員職業(yè)倦怠的基本情況,本文以齊齊哈爾地區(qū)的高校圖書館女性館員為研究對象,采用問卷調(diào)查的方式,分別從自身、圖書館以及社會三個方面分析了高校圖書館女性館員職業(yè)倦怠的現(xiàn)狀及成因,借鑒相關(guān)的研究成果并結(jié)合我國高校的實際情況,提出預(yù)防和消減高校女性圖書館員職業(yè)倦怠的對策。旨在提高女性館員工作的積極性以及對待圖書館工作的認(rèn)可度,促使其為祖國的教育事業(yè)做出更大的貢獻。
[Abstract]:The university library is an important institution to guarantee the normal operation of all aspects of the work of colleges and universities by providing the necessary literature and information for the readers of teachers and students in colleges and universities. The absolute proportion of female librarians also determines their pivotal position in the university library, which is the key to the success or failure of the university library work. In order to study the basic situation of female librarians' job burnout in university libraries, this paper takes the female librarians in Qiqihar area as the research object, adopts the method of questionnaire investigation, respectively, from their own, This paper analyzes on the present situation and causes of female librarians' job burnout in university libraries from three aspects of library and society, draws lessons from relevant research results and combines the actual situation of colleges and universities in our country. The countermeasures to prevent and reduce the job burnout of female librarians in colleges and universities are put forward. The purpose is to promote the enthusiasm of female librarians and the recognition of library work, and to make greater contributions to the educational cause of the motherland.
