【摘要】：[目的 /意義]基于評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)設(shè)計(jì)原理,建立可擴(kuò)展到多篇論文評(píng)價(jià)的單篇論文學(xué)術(shù)影響力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,為多角度評(píng)價(jià)單篇論文學(xué)術(shù)影響力提供多種指標(biāo)。[方法 /過程]兼顧施引文獻(xiàn)的數(shù)量與質(zhì)量,建立包含TVF、TVF(n)以及VF(t)等單篇論文影響力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的指標(biāo)體系,提出將TVF指標(biāo)擴(kuò)展到多篇論文影響力的分析方法。通過實(shí)證研究,計(jì)算TVF、TVF(3)與被引次數(shù)C及施引文獻(xiàn)的h指數(shù)的皮爾森相關(guān)性,并與他人的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)論對(duì)照印證。[結(jié)果 /結(jié)論]對(duì)TVF及TVF(n)等指標(biāo)不同的用途進(jìn)行了探討:TVF是累計(jì)綜合影響力,用于全面評(píng)價(jià)論文的影響力;TVF(n)可用于比較不同年份論文間的影響力,且可預(yù)測(cè)它們未來的TVF表現(xiàn)。TVF還可被擴(kuò)展應(yīng)用到多篇論文學(xué)術(shù)影響力的評(píng)價(jià)中。
[Abstract]:[objective / significance] based on the principle of evaluation index design, a single paper academic influence evaluation index system can be established, which can be extended to the evaluation of multiple papers, which can provide a variety of indicators for the multi-angle evaluation of the academic influence of a single paper. [method / process] considering the quantity and quality of citation literature, an index system including TVF,TVF (n) and VF (t) was established, and an analysis method was put forward to extend TVF index to multiple papers. Through the empirical study, the Pearson correlation between TVF,TVF (3) and cited times C and h index of cited literature was calculated, and compared with the evaluation results of others. [results / conclusion] the purpose of different indexes such as TVF and TVF (n) is discussed. The influence of TTV (n) can be used to compare the influence of papers in different years. And their future TVF performance. TVF can also be extended to the evaluation of the academic impact of many papers.
