讀者信用服務(wù):開(kāi)拓了圖書(shū)館發(fā)展的道路

【摘要】:2017年9月2日,中國(guó)圖書(shū)館學(xué)會(huì)學(xué)術(shù)研究委員會(huì)主辦、杭州圖書(shū)館承辦的"2017公共圖書(shū)館信用服務(wù)論壇"在杭州圖書(shū)館召開(kāi),來(lái)自全國(guó)40余家省、市、區(qū)(縣)級(jí)的圖書(shū)館館長(zhǎng)和從業(yè)人員以及多位圖書(shū)館界的專家學(xué)者、企業(yè)代表出席,共同圍繞杭州圖書(shū)館與螞蟻金服合作推出的圖書(shū)館信用服務(wù)實(shí)踐,交流探索了公共圖書(shū)館如何運(yùn)用"信用"更好地開(kāi)展信息服務(wù)、實(shí)現(xiàn)資源共享、參與信用社會(huì)構(gòu)建等主題,勾勒描繪了"信用+圖書(shū)館"這一發(fā)展愿景;"2017公共圖書(shū)館信用服務(wù)論壇"召開(kāi)的事業(yè)發(fā)展契機(jī)和其蘊(yùn)含的學(xué)術(shù)研究?jī)r(jià)值,本刊特邀參加了該論壇的李國(guó)新、范并思、吳建中、褚樹(shù)青、徐建華、高凡等專家學(xué)者,就公共圖書(shū)館開(kāi)展信用服務(wù)與現(xiàn)代公共文化服務(wù)體系建設(shè),以及公共圖書(shū)館信用服務(wù)的創(chuàng)新價(jià)值、構(gòu)建的新型讀者關(guān)系等主題展開(kāi)了筆談。力圖通過(guò)專家的觀察、思考和觀點(diǎn),為讀者呈現(xiàn)出公共圖書(shū)館信用服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵、價(jià)值和發(fā)展前景。
[Abstract]:On September 2, 2017, the academic Research Committee of the Chinese Library Society and the "2017 Public Library Credit Service Forum", hosted by Hangzhou Library, were held in Hangzhou Library from more than 40 provinces and cities in China. The district (county) level librarians and practitioners, as well as a number of library experts and scholars, and representatives of enterprises attended, which revolved around the practice of library credit service jointly launched by Hangzhou Library and Ant Financial Services Group, This paper explores how public libraries can better use "credit" to carry out information services, realize resource sharing, participate in the construction of credit cooperatives, and outline the development vision of "credit library". Based on the opportunity for the development of the public library credit service forum 2017 and its academic research value, the journal invited Li Guoxin, Fan Wensi, Wu Jianzhong, Chu Shuqing, Xu Jianhua, Gao Fan and other experts and scholars to the forum. This paper discusses the construction of public library credit service and modern public cultural service system, the innovative value of public library credit service, and the new reader relationship. This paper tries to show readers the connotation, value and development prospect of the credit service of public library through the observation, thinking and viewpoint of experts.
