【摘要】：檔案館跨界合作是指以LAM(圖書館、檔案館、博物館)為整體,把檔案館所在的文化遺產(chǎn)行業(yè)作為"界內(nèi)",探求其在文化遺產(chǎn)行業(yè)外的合作需求、合作可能性與合作機(jī)制。國(guó)外檔案館跨界合作主要有"檔案數(shù)字資源開發(fā)合作""檔案商業(yè)資源開發(fā)合作""檔案文化藝術(shù)資源開發(fā)合作""檔案教育資源開發(fā)合作"等四種模式。其實(shí)踐啟示我國(guó)檔案館,應(yīng)尋求多元合作伙伴、開拓多樣合作途徑,通過(guò)跨界合作更好地提供公共文化服務(wù)、參與文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)建設(shè),進(jìn)一步保障公民權(quán)利、促進(jìn)社會(huì)公平。
[Abstract]:Cross-border cooperation of archives refers to the whole of LAM (Library, Archives, Museum), which regards the industry of cultural heritage as the "boundary", and explores its cooperation needs, cooperation possibilities and cooperation mechanism outside the industry of cultural heritage. There are four modes of cross-border cooperation of archives abroad, such as "archives digital resources development cooperation", "archives commercial resources development cooperation", "archives culture and art resources development cooperation" and "archives education resources development cooperation". Its practice enlightens our country archives, should seek the plural cooperation partner, open up various cooperation ways, provide the public cultural service better through the cross-border cooperation, participate in the construction of the cultural creative industry, further safeguard the citizen's rights, promote the social equity.
